This Contemporary Home is an excited place to spend your next vacation. Located in the Seacrest Beach Community, across from the 12,000 square-foot Pool! The moment you enter, you are embraced with the excitement and vibrancy that reminds you that you are on vacation.

This spacious home sleeps up to 12 people and has only the highest quality Amenities. Bose Stereo Surround-sound, flat-screen TV, Twin-head shower, Gourmet kitchen with Granite Counters, Professional Designer appointments, Oversized master bedroom with wrap around balcony, Computer with internet access and much more.

The pool is directly across from the house and can be viewed from the balconies. Access to the beach is a short stroll or tram ride away. Sleeping arrangements include a first floor guest suite with Queen-sized bed. Second floor has Master Bed with Large Bathroom. The bathroom has a separate tub and five-by-five foot walk-in, double head shower.

The additional guest suite on the second floor has two trundle beds that accommodate four people. There is also a second-floor bonus room that has a fold-out couch. The main floor also includes a fold out sleeper for additional accommodations.

The architecture of this home boasts two large wrap-around porches which allow views of the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach area.
