Come enjoy our gorgeous lakefront townhouse on Lake Chatuge! Imagine yourself sitting on the deck swing, viewing the beautiful sun set over Lake Chatuge. Recently remodeled and updated.
Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Hiawassee, this retreat offers deep-water dockage for year-round boat usage. Incredible long-range views of the lake and the state park are the best in Towns County. This end unit faces West, with a undeveloped state park nature preserve directly across the lake and beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed by all. With a little luck, you might even catch a glimpse of deer playing on the shoreline.
Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two decks, as the Canada Geese fly over the morning mist rising from the lake. Follow this with a swim from our nine-slip, deep water boat dock, and a ride around the lake on your boat or jetski; or maybe fishing from the dock is more to your liking. As you view the sunset over the lake, perhaps dinner grilled on our commercial outdoor grill would be ideal.
This unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, linens, bedding for six (two kings and a sleeper sofa), two flat screen TVs, jacuzzi jet bathtub, two covered decks with the lake steps from the porch, and wood burning fireplace. A complete renovation was made last year which includes ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and dining room.

My girlfriend and I came up to Lake Chatuge from the Atlanta area for the weekend and really enjoyed our trip. The views are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Being an end unit meant that the a wide panoramic view of the lake was always right in front of you and the dock was only steps away. The townhouse layout was great and we appreciated the fact that both bedrooms had big beds, rather than just the master. We went to the beach, ate at the restaurant at the marina with the great outdoor bar and took a half day trip to Ana Ruby Falls. This was a great escape from the city!

Hi All, We are certain you will enjoy our lakefront home with deep water dock. The views from our two decks are amazing! Across the lake is undeveloped park land. Sometimes the deer will swim across the lake right in front of our unit. My favorite time is the autumn and winter months......so peaceful. We would love to share our home with you!

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. GUEST SIGNATURE____________________________________________________________ Terms of Rental Agreement This agreement constitutes a contract between tenant and Wdb enterprises, llc hereinafter referred to as “owner” RESERVATIONS; Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve the house, we require a minimum rental deposit of 50% payment of the total fee. For reservations made less than 90 days prior to arrival, full payment is due. BALANCE DUE: Owner must receive outstanding rental fees, including taxes, security deposit and cleaning fee no later than 90 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in. A vacation lease agreement must be signed prior to check in. If balance due is not received per these terms, the house is subject to re-let. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $200 is payable and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure less any amount for loss, damage or incidental charges not otherwise settled by owner. Items that may be charged against the security deposit are: 1. Failure to return keys to lockbox………………$100. 2. Cleaning over 3 hours……………………………$25 per hour 3. Damage to the unit beyond normal wear……..market price to repair 4. Breakage…………………………………………market price to replace 5. Removal or theft of townhouse items…………market price to replace CANCELLATION: A refund of monies paid will be made with written cancellation received at least 90 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is within 90 days the deposit shall be forfeited unless the property can be re-rented. INDEMNITY: The tenant agrees to release and indemnify owner and his assigns from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person, including tenant’s guests as a result of any cause during the rental period. APPLIANCE MALFUNCTIONS; Service requests for A/C, TV, appliances, etc. will be responded to promptly. There are no rebates or refunds issued to tenant for any reason, as every good faith effort is made to insure the property is maintained to its highest standards. In the event that owner is unable to deliver said property to tenant under this lease agreement prior to occupancy because of fire, eminent domain, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, tenant hereby agrees that owner’s sole liability as a result of these conditions is a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by tenant. Pursuant to the terms of this agreement, tenant expressly acknowledges that in no event shall owner be held liable for any consequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to, any expenses incurred as a result of moving for any damage, destruction or loss. ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND/OR RESPONSIBLE ADULTS OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE. Tenant is expected to care for the property as if it was his or her own. Failure to follow this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. OWNER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR ABANDONED ITEMS. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THIS PROPERTY OR ITS CONTENTS, DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE TENANT. AN INVENTORY IS CONDUCTED AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF EACH STAY. ANY LOSS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE TENANT. 2. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF OWNER AND PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEE. VIOLATION IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. 3. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AND CONSTITUES TERMS OF IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. 4. Tenant acknowledges that he or she will personally occupy the property for the entire duration of the lease terms and will not sublet any portion of the property. 5. Tenants are responsible for keeping the premises and grounds litter free. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. 6. ENJOY WATER ACTIVITIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please respect others rights to use the dock…no more than one boat parked at the dock during busy times. Diving off the dock is prohibited. 7. A maximum of 6 occupants are allowed in the house. Occupancy and use shall not be such as to disturb, annoy, endanger, offend or inconvenience other guests of the complex. Tenant agrees to these terms and agrees that violation will constitute terms of dismissal. 8. Tenant acknowledges that unless owner is notified at time of check-in of any damage or cleaning concerns, then thereafter, all damages or concerns to the property during the occupancy will be tenant’s responsibility. Tenant must leave the property in a clean condition to include the following: All trash bagged and placed in cans near circle drive, refrigerator emptied and contents disposed of properly, all dirty dishes washed, all doors and windows closed and locked, keys placed back in lock box. 9.
