Here it is! Brand new in the Lakota Subdivision, across from the entrance to Winter Park Resort, sits this four-bedroom luxury townhome. Big enough to sleep ten in the bedrooms and to seat ten at the dining room table. Enjoy a picture post card view of the ski area while dining or while just relaxing on the leather sofa. A 42-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound is also available for your enjoyment. Two more TV's are also provided. One is upstairs in the 3rd bedroom and one is located in the master bedroom. We have not forgotten about wireless internet service. Yes, it is available for your use.
After you park your car in the heated one-car garage, proceed upstairs to the spacious living/dining area. You will find everything you will need in the kitchen as well as a convenient half-bath in the hallway. Also on this second floor are two master bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and full baths. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided on this "main" level as well. Another great feature is the in floor heat. It will ensure your feet and the rest of you, are toasty!
Two more bedrooms and a full bath are found on the top level of the townhome. One bedroom has bunk-bed style bedding. This room houses a twin over a full. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed with a twin-sized trundle pull-out. There is also a small seating area on this top level separate from the bedrooms.
