  What a wonderful vacation! I told the owners the photos don't do the house justice, it is immaculate, big and kept beautiful! The house had everything you could want, a large kitchen, family room, sitting room and four well sized bedrooms, including the master which is elegant! Sitting out on the deck gazing at the stars, we cooked, barbqued and ate all together in the formal dining room, as well as retired to the hot tub downstairs or jumped in the pool. Everyone had fun, the swingset was perfect fun the two year old, volley ball for a few and my wife and I took advantage of the bicycles supplied with the house to go out and explore.. The wineries are a short distance and there is always something going on there! We have already started plans for our vacation next summer at this location and are telling everyone what a wonderful house this was!

  Great house! We went out last summer with another family and had a great time! The house is beautiful! Spotless, clean and everything in the pictures and more! The kids loved the pool, yard, playing horse shoes! The whole family had a great time! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out! Great location to the wineries and greenport. Can't wait to rent again! Perfect place for a family vacation :)

  We were out to this house 2x during last summer and are hoping to go again this year! The house is a true "home away from home" with a fabulous water view and great location! We were impressed with what great shape the house was in considerning it is a rental property. With all the great outdoor activities on the property(pool, hot tub, horseshoes) we never wanted to leave the property. We can't wait to go back in 2011!

  My husband, son and I and 2 other couples with babies stayed this summer for a week. The house is lovely and the views are magnificent! the house was turned over to us in mint condition and spotless. The house is large and allows familes to have some space. And the layout of the home is perfect for staying in and entertaining- both inside on a chilly evening or outside on the deck overlooking the water. We loved having the option of staying in the backyard with the pool and BBQ or going across the street to the beach. Orient Point is a quaint town and nearby Greenport has plenty to do as well. We look forward to experiencing the house in the fall or winter with the fireplace and nearby vineyard tastings. A perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!

  The description of this property was spot on. This house was huge and located on a great piece of land. We had a a family reunion and the house was plenty big enough for our family.The living room and kitchen is located upstairs which is great because it actually gives you a view of the water and as you can imagine our family spent most of our time in the living room and kitchen. There is also a large deck off of the kitchen and living room with a BBQ which is great. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The yard was big enough for the family to play a flag football game and there is a trail that you can take from the yard that takes you to the beach. There are plenty of other activities to do in the area. You have wineries, the town of Greenport, fishing and good places to eat that are all near the house. In all, this house was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. This is our second time staying here and I am sure it will not be our last. -Paul Walker

  A beautiful and spacious house, very comfortably decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen. The setting is lovely, close to the water, and convenient to transportation. We really enjoyed our stay!
