Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The location of this beach house is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's, Jeanne's, Plum Island Grille, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!
The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.

Thanks, Pam, for providing such a cozy house. We had to admit we had doubts about renting this through a web site - however, no regrets. This is our second trip to this area. We went on a whale watching cruise for five hours on Sunday on the Prince of Whales - very educational - about eight sightings. Sun. & Mon. were the only sunny and somewhat warm (73) days. Monday morning we walked the beach for over two hours. Watching the sunrise over the ocean is an awesome experience. House location is fantastic. Hope we can come back when it is a bit warmer. Thank you.

Air temp - 62 high, overcast and hardly any sun. Walk to the beach so 4 & 6 year old boys can go swimming then come back to a warm house to dry off and get warm - perfect! Thank you!

Our week here with family & friends from New York, Bosto and even Plum Island (the daughter of old friends from our youth) was fabulous! The house is so comfortable and full of lovely nooks & crannies and objects d'arte and all the amenities needed for a cozy, relaxing and entertaining stay. It would be great to come back to! Thanks for providing such a sweet place!

Due to the generosity and love of my wonderful friends Bob & Laura, I was able to find peace and solace for a few days. In memory of Bob & Chickie , who moved here in 1969 when the island wasn't as fancy, and left their home - down the road - to their daughter, it was poignant to come here. This house has wonderful things to enjoy, and it was a great joy to be communal again. I was last here over 30 years ago.
