Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The location of this beach house is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's,Plum Island Grille, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!
The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.
Saturday check in at 2pm.

Dear Pam, We loved our vacation at the "Plum". The weather was great and your cottage by the ocean was comfortable and cozy. Our little Westie "Zoe" even thought it felt like home. I think we found a place to call home. We will definitely be back soon!

According to my dad, "this was the best vacation in 60 years!". What a great way to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. We enjoyed walks on the beach, wonderful dinners, sitting on the porch reading and playing games, and best of all sitting on the beach enjoying the beautiful weather with family & friends! When we arrived on Plum Island the first week Of August 2011 we were immediately taken by the laid back lifestyle...The house was truly unique,artsy and clean and a perfect location to everything. The weather was wonderful and the beach was clean and not overcrowded.Pam, the owner was accomadating and nice which we appreciated.Our little Westie,Zoe has made this her new home.If you like a little nightlife Newburyport is 10 minutes away and always has events going on.The best of both worlds,relaxing and unwind at the beach during the day and Newburyport at night !! We will definetly be back again and again !!!!
