This new three story townhome offers all the conveniences of being in Historic Downtown Durango. From the quiet area overlooking Santa Rita Park, you can access the Animas River trail and enjoy a nice walk along the river. This trail stretches for miles throughout Durango along the banks of the Animas River. Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) is a short 25 minute scenic drive.

The first level offers a two car garage and utility room with a full size washer & dryer. The second level is the living area with kitchen, dining and living room. The living room has plenty of seating, a 42 inch LCD flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. Complimentary 8.0 Mbps DSL wireless internet access is also provided (150 times faster than 56k dialup). Telephone service is provided with free unlimited long distance.

The kitchen has lots of windows and is fully equipped with all utensils and dishes you would need to cook a full holiday meal. A pantry and half bath are also close by for your convenience. The upper level features two bedrooms and two baths.

The master is furnished with a queen bed (double pillow top mattress), dresser, night stands and a full length mirror. A 34" inch LCD TV with cable is wall mounted so you can watch it from bed ,with ease. The master bedding is all new, which includes a 560 thread count sateen sheet set. The guest bedroom is great for kids, with two twins and a trunndle for a total of three twins, along with a wall mounted 29" LCD TV with cable. There is also a full bath in the hallway. The unit also has a deck just off the living room with swivel rocker patio furniture.

The location of this townhome is ideal; you can walk downtown (approx. 8 blocks), take a bike ride or walk to Santa Rita Park and the Animas River Trail, both of which are located across the street. The activities you can enjoy are endless.

The townhouse also offers air conditioning to keep the summer months comfortable.
