Whether golf is your pleasure or strolling along the unspoiled beaches is your dream vacation, Seabrook Island is a place like no other. Enjoy a sunset horseback ride along the beach, swim in crystal blue pools or investigate miles of nature and bike trails. This spacious, fully-furnished two-story villa is located a short walk off the white sandy beaches.
The living room, kitchen, dining room and a half-bath occupy the first floor. The second floor features an enormous bedroom overlooking the fairway with a large bathroom and laundry room complete with washer and dryer. A sofa sleeper is located in the living room providing accommodations for two additional guests, if desired. A pet friendly place where you can enjoy the beaches with your best friend and your partner, too! A fully equipped kitchen with more than you could want. The entire villa has just been decorated top-to-bottom. Bring only your clothes, a good book, a bottle of nice wine and a desire to relax!

Why the Owner Chose High Hammock Villas
Most beautiful and most dog-friendly island on the mid-Atlantic coast. Can't imagine finding an island more beautiful and serene than Seabrook Island. We park the car when we arrive and enjoy a car-free stay. So much to see and do!

We decided to buy this property as our second home. Because we love our dogs and the island is such a dog-friendly island we decided to share our dream with other deserving dog lovers when we cannot be at the property ourselves. It has been a wonderful experience overall with many repeat retreaters staying numerous times in our beautiful slice of the world!

Ny husband and I spent our 31 st Valentines Day at SeaBrook Villas in 2009.....even though Charleston area had the snow storm & cold temperatures of the decade....we LOVED SeaBrook. Unfortunately, we have not been able to return but hope to do so in the near future.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We had a great time at Seabrook. I felt very safe as a female. It was so nice to be able to walk my dogs on vacation and feel safe. (just don't forget to wear mosquito spray) The villa was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just be careful with your dogs and the white carpet. (my only worry all week!) Seabrook was very relaxing, and a great place to spend quality time together. We loved all the ocean life. We watched dolphins from the beach! They were beautiful. The beach is beautiful and clean. This beach is also great if you have small children because the water is shallow without big waves. Our dogs also loved the beach because it is very dog friendly. I liked the restaurants and food we ate poolside, but there are not a lot of choices unless you drive to Charleston. Seabrook is a great place to relax, and spend time together. Finally, the owners are very accomadating and helpful.
Owner response:Thanks for your kind words. We aim to please! Since you visited there have been many many changes and upgrades to the Club, the Island and to the surrounding area. Its still the same beautiful, clean, quiet, private island that you loved...but there are now many restaurant choices within easy walking, biking or driving distance. The villa has just come out of a major exterior rennovation featuring new decks, rails, siding and roofs as well as new landscaping to come. Please come visit us again and inquire about the frequent guest discount. We'd love to have you back! Sorry for the delay in responding as this just came to my attention today.
