Need to stay in touch, but still want to relax? We offer free wireless internet and a computer while you rent our beautiful four bedroom, three bath home located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This golf course is a 72 par course with a practice range, putting green, clubhouse, and a professional golf shop. Our home has a beautiful view overlooking the 12th green, but not too close where you would be bothered by the golfers while you swim or sunbathe in our pool. The pool can be heated for a small fee.
The king master suite is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR player, a Jacuzzi tub, his and her closets, and a large walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are a queen suite with TV and bathroom close and two twin bedrooms which are close to the third bathroom. There is also a sofa bed for the larger groups.
The family room has a 46" Smart HDTV which you can browse Face Book or watch movies with Netflix. We also have a DVD/VCR and CD stereo system. We have a few movies, books and board games available for your use as you wind down from your full day of amusement parks or shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with all major and many small appliances. Feel free to do your laundry with our washer and dryer located just off of the garage. There is also a Playstation II with a few games but be sure to bring some of your own too.
There is a large pool and deck area with a Jacuzzi/Spa attached. Also a charcoal grill to enjoy your famous cookouts.
We now include green fees with our rentals. You pay for the golf cart we take care of the green fees!

Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve
We found ourselves renting here in Highlands Reserve every year with the family and decided to invest in a home. We toured many homes but when I seen this one I just knew it was it! This is my home away from home and I love it here!
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is so quiet here and the view of the golf course is just beautiful. Yet it is close to all the parks that you might want to visit. Floyd likes to golf and I love to just relax by the pool and watch the golfers go by. One nice thing is your not to close to the tee box to hear what might be said after a bad shot!

This is my family's third time renting a house in Highlands Reserve, and this is the nicest one yet. The house is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, in fact better in my opinion. The pictures are accurate, and look good, but really don't do it justice. It's more beautiful in person, and I was surprised when I first walked in how much bigger it was. Plenty of room for families both large and small. I was very happy with the location of the house as well. It was important to us that we didn't have a house directly in back of us as some in Highlands Reserve do. This one has a nice open view of the golf course, but don't worry the golfers are far enough way that you never have to worry about privacy. Our experience with the renter, Deb, was excellent also. She was very friendly, and did a great job answering our questions, and explaining all the details of the house and the rental process. We had a great time staying here, and we'll definitely be renting with Deb again for our next trip to Orlando.

This is a beautiful home - the pictures online don't even portray how wonderful it is. The house is set up just perfect for families and multiple families to stay there. The private pool and hot tub was a hit for the kids! The golf course and area around the house are just beautiful. Very easy to get to all the area attractions. We did Daytona Beach, Magic Kingdom, St. Pete's Beach, local shopping, many resturants and air boat rides......all easy to get to! Deb, the owner, is very organized and she had information for us to read. The rules of the house are very understandable and easy to follow. The price of the house is more than fair. We will definitely try to stay at the house again if we visit Florida again! I received an email from Deb right after we got home and our deposit came shortly after.

Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We loved all the amenities! Weather was cold (55 to 32 degress) so we only got to use the spa once. Rooms so spacious which we enjoyed since there were 9 of us. A wonderful place to stay!! Thank you Deb & Floyd!

Thanks so much for giving us a place to escape our reality for a short spell. We toured Disney the entire week. Looked forward to coming back to our own private pool. We even had a few racoons come by to make sure we didn't stay in the sun too long. We really appreciate the care you give to your home away from home. The home was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and view of the golf course. The kids were in the pool from morning to night and loved waiting for Daddy to get to the 12th green! The location is perfect. Close enough to Disney but far enough to get away. You know you are staying at a wonderful place when you leave for the day and can’t wait to get back to it! Floyd and Deb-you have a wonderful hideaway and we suggest coming here often!
