Beautiful newly furnished two-story home on Usina Beach just three miles north of St. Augustine with an Ocean View. The house is just 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and 15 minutes from Ponte Vedra. The house is furnished with modern appliances. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The main living room is upstairs with a second living room downstairs. Upstairs has a huge balcony with partial ocean view; kitchen/dining area also has an ocean view.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a jacuzzi and a shower, the other three bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two additional roll-out beds that can be used for kids or additional guests. Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Upstairs living room has cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD/MP3 and Stereo. Downstairs living room has cable TV, a recumbent exercycle and a stepper. Private beach access is across from the house approximately 50 feet. Driveway is concrete and accommodates four to five automobiles. Additional property photos are available through email.
Whether you are planning on relaxing or planning an exciting adventure, St. Augustine has it all. For relaxation, you can either lie on the beach or walk the beach to collect sea shells.
The house is ideally located for easy access to renowned golf courses in Ponte Vedra (home of The Players Championship) and St. Augustine. Orlando and its theme parks are a short two hour drive and make for a perfect day trip.
After you're through spending the day at the beach, you can simply jump in your car and be minutes from endless sightseeing. You will see from this list below that you may need to come back just to fit everything in.

Four couples from Ohio stayed in your beautiful house last March. We had a wonderful time. The house provided us with all the comforts of home. Hope to stay again sometime. I would recommend this house to all my friends. The owner was helpful with all our Questions and quick to respond back to us. St. Augustine is a beautiful city to visit any time of the year. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your house.
