It consists of a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a utility room. Outside is a covered terrace for those all important al fresco meals, and a huge, private, fully enclosed garden leading down to the river.
The bedroom has a five foot wide double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and leads into the large walk-in shower room. The living room has a fireplace, comfy sofa which can be transformed into a quality double bed for extra guests, a dining table and chairs, TV (French channels) and a small kitchen which is equipped with everything you will need. Off this is a utility room with sink and dishwasher. The living room has double doors leading to covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The house, although wonderfully secret and quiet, is a five minute drive from the thriving and lively "Venice of Provence"- L'Isle sur la Sorgue, two minute drive from romantic and historic Fontaine de Vaucluse, and an easy drive to all the "must see" towns: Gordes Roussillon, Menerbes, Avignon, Aix en Provence, the lavender fields, vineyards of the Cotes du Rhone, Mt. Ventoux. Practicalities are close by: supermarket four minute drive.
The Provence Country Club is a stroll from your house if you fancy a round of golf, you can hop in a kayak and row past your house, you can go antiquing till you drop in L'Isle.
