You'lll want to return to our unit after you've relaxed and enjoyed this wonderful 2BR/2BA plus den condominium, which is tastefully decorated. This upper level rental vacation unit has more than 1,600 sq. ft., including a large screened lanai.
The master bedroom suite features a QUEEN-size pillow-top bed, flat-screen TV, sliding doors to the lanai, walk-in closet, shower/tub combination and his-and-hers sinks. Furnished with a QUEEN-size bed, the guest bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom and den. The den includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and desk, along with internet connection.
The lanai’s southern view is a pond and wooded preserve, which is visible from the living room and kitchen. Walk out to the lanai for the same view from the living room or master bedroom.
Located in the golf community of the Preserve at Tara, you can walk to the nearby clubhouse or community center, choose from 2 Swimming Pools (chairs, covered area, restrooms onsite) and Tennis courts. Golf the Preserve, the 18-hole, par 72, Ted McAnlis-designed golf course with driving range, clubhouse and dining facility which is open to the public.
You'll love to cook in the large, well-equipped kitchen, which has tile floors, all white cabinetry, upgraded Maytag appliances and Corian countertops. There is a breakfast bar which seats 2, and is adjacent to the open floor plan dining and living room.
The dining and living room features Pergo floors, a wide-screen HDTV, DVD/CD/Stereo player, movies, CDs, and comfortable seating. The dining room table seats 4-6. Both rooms have a view of the beautiful preserve behind our unit.
A 1-car attached garage (with remote) is included, as well as guest parking.
The convenient location right off I-75 and SR70 provides quick access to the beaches, Sarasota, the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, Lakewood Ranch, Long Boat Key, Anna Maria Island and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Tara Preserve
Bradenton is a great location- close to Sarasota, Long Boat Key, Siesta Key. Knowing we can visit our second home in Florida helps us make it through the cold winters in Minnesota. Our condo is located in Tara Preserve, which is a wonderful neighorhood.
We love to walk everyday and enjoy the landscape, scenery and wildlife in the maintained neighborhood. The grocery store is close enough to walk to each day to get in some exercise and pick up a daily paper.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Florida sunshine says it all! And a great golf course - the Preserve at Tara. There is great shopping at Ellenton Outlet, Lakewood Ranch and St. Armand's Circle. Beaches aren't too far either and you have your choice of Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach as well as Longboat Key and Siesta Key.
