The master bedroom suite features a QUEEN-size pillow-top bed, flat-screen TV, sliding doors to the lanai, walk-in closet, shower/tub combination and his-and-hers sinks. Furnished with a QUEEN-size bed, the guest bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom and den. The den includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, desk and printer.
The lanai’s southern view is a pond and wooded preserve. Located in the golf community of the Preserve at Tara, you can walk to the nearby clubhouse or community center, choose from 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. The 18-hole, par 72, Ted McAnlis-designed golf course with driving range, clubhouse and dining facility is open to the public.
You'll love to cook in the large, well-equipped kitchen, which has tile floors, all white cabinetry, upgraded Maytag appliances and Corian countertops. There is a breakfast bar which seats 2, and is adjacent to the open floor plan dining and living room.
The dining and living room features Pergo floors, a wide-screen HDTV, DVD/CD/Stereo player, movies, CDs, and comfortable seating. The dining room table seats 4-6. From the kitchen, dining or living rooms, the view outside is through the screened lanai onto a beautiful wooded preserve and pond.
The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a meal while overlooking the pond and scenery.
A 1-car attached garage (with remote) is included, as well as guest parking.

Bradenton is a great location- close to Sarasota, Long Boat Key, Siesta Key. Knowing we can visit our second home in Florida helps us make it through the cold winters in Minnesota. Our condo is located in Tara Preserve, which is a wonderful neighorhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Florida sunshine says it all! And a great golf course - the Preserve at Tara. There is great shopping at Ellenton Outlet, Lakewood Ranch and St. Armand's Circle. Beaches aren't too far either and you have your choice of Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach as well as Longboat Key and Siesta Key.
