Location, Location, Location! This is a newly renovated and beautifully furnished large two bedroom house in Boynton Beach, Florida. This single family house is a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway where you can enjoy gourmet waterfront restaurants. You can also book a chartered fishing excursion or dive/snorkel trip here, or rent a boat. It is just another 1/4 mile to the Ocean where you can rent a jet ski or sailboat and enjoy Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park. The restaurants and nightlife of Delray Beach are a five minute drive away, and it is a 10 minute drive to the shopping and nightlife at City Place in West Palm Beach. It is a two and a half hour drive to take the kids to Disney, Universal, Sea World, or the Kennedy Space Center. You can have 'Changes of Attitude' by driving two hours south to the Florida Keys.

The house has large rooms with real wood floors, tall ceilings and a huge yard. The appliances are all new, and include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, coffee maker, and a blender. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other. There is plenty of closet space as well as dressers and chests.
