After years of renting vacation property myself, (and sometimes being very disappointed), I wanted to offer my guests a home that will make their vacation extra special. My impeccably maintained three level townhouse is loaded with builder upgrades and decorated with quality, upscaled furnishings.
My home is located in the brand new community of Creekside, just a five minute drive to the heart of Bethany Beach. The community offers an outdoor swimming pool with adjoining clubhouse, dock for fishing or crabbing, and a boat launch onto White's Creek that leads to Indian River Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
The bay is ideal for the experienced waterman or for the novice, eager to try boating, jet skiing, windsurfing, or kayaking. Two shopping centers are located within walking distance which includes a chain grocery store and restaurants.
For the golf enthusiast, Bear Trap Dunes golf resort offers 27 holes of championship golf and clubhouse amenities just 1/2 mile away. There are also several other top rated courses within 20 miles. For those who love to shop, Rehoboth Beach offers 160 tax free outlet stores just ten minutes away. And for the race or slot machine fan, Dover Downs is an easy 45 minute drive to Dover, Delaware. You can also take the Lewes car ferry to the charming victorian town of Cape May, NJ or continue on up the road to Atlantic City, NJ.
