"Romance" Villa is located close to the main entrance of the gated community of Playacar. Just a short walk to the beaches and the famous 5a Avenida. The Villa has been fully furnished by an Italian Architect. From the curtains to the furniture You'll feel the Artistic Sense and the Italian Style mixed with the Mexican ornaments.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room. The spacious separate dining room is furnished with a generous rectangular table which allows dining seats for eight. The living room area features stylized large sofas where you can relax watching TV. There is also a bathroom and the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closet.
The sliding doors in either the living and bedroom permit an easy access to the beautiful garden with shared pool with palapas.
On the second floor you will have a real master suite with a king-size bed, a balcony with a magnificent view over the pool and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a second spacious bedroom with two full-size beds and obviously it's private bathroom. The Villa is fully air conditioned and there is a remote control unit in each area. You can also park your car in front of the Villa where there is a parking space for two cars.
