"Romance" Villa is located close to the main entrance of the gated community of Playacar. Just a short walk to the beaches and the famous 5a Avenida. The Villa has been fully furnished by an Italian Architect. From the curtains to the furniture You'll feel the Artistic Sense and the Italian Style mixed with the Mexican ornaments.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room. The spacious separate dining room is furnished with a generous rectangular table which allows dining seats for eight. The living room area features stylized large sofas where you can relax watching TV. There is also a bathroom and the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closet.
The sliding doors in either the living and bedroom permit an easy access to the beautiful garden with shared pool with palapas.
On the second floor you will have a real master suite with a king-size bed, a balcony with a magnificent view over the pool and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a second spacious bedroom with two full-size beds and obviously its private bathroom. The Villa is fully air conditioned and there is a remote control unit in each area. You can also park your car in front of the Villa where there is a parking space for two cars.

My family and I spent a lovely 2 weeks holiday in Playacar last Spring and booked the Romance Villa. Location is just perfect, shops and beaches are close, we didn't need to rent a car, just walked around. The area is very nice, many shops and many restaurants where to spend some good time. The Villa is new, very clean and very very well-kept and well-furnished. Even better than what pictures show. Confortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Price is not high for such good quality. Owner was very kind and helpful with our request, fast in answering and well arranged with us guests, We had no problems at all. I totally recommend it! Wish you all a good holiday, MK.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
