Located at the northern tip of Hickory Island, in a gated complex, this beautiful end-unit condo offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf. It has a recently renovated designer kitchen and dining room. Sliding glass doors give access to lanais on three sides (two are screened).
The Condo is fully equipped including a built in microwave, granite counter, spice drawer and all necessary utensils. There are exceptional eating areas in both the dining room and lanai. The living room has two reclining chairs, a gaming table, a sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, and DVD. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with view of west and northern beaches, a walk-in closet, full bathroom and cable TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds, access to the northern view balcony as well as a walk-in closet. Of course all linens, tennis racquets and beach chairs are supplied.
Be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf, or relax, read, or eat, entertained by the dolphins and shorebirds in view. Close at hand, Naples with it's restaurants, exceptional shopping and theatre, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. As well, 40 golf courses, boat rentals of all types and easy access to the wonders of the Western Everglades.
