"Aqua Blue", offering over 2,500 square feet of living area with fantastic Gulf of Mexico and Oyster Lake views, is located in a classic beach setting, complete with a private lake and heated community pool, just off of 30-A.
A paved walkway leads to Florida's most breathtaking and pristine beach, featuring soft, lush, white sand and crystal blue water. You are welcome to use our golf cart, located in the garage for your convience to get items to and from the beach. Located just 20 yards from our front door is a heated community pool. Kids can ride their bikes in our private cul-de-sac and the entire family can enjoy fishing or use our paddleboat in the lake which is located 40 yards from our front door. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
"Aqua Blue" is just a mile from the town center of Santa Rosa, five miles from Seaside and is centered between Destin and Panama City. There's a convenient thirteen-mile paved bike/walking path, leading you to the area's neighboring beach communities and many amenities including: golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, fishing, water sport activities, and more. There are plenty of activities for all ages!
You will feel like you are right at home in this beautifully decorated beach house, built to accommodate your every need. This spacious, upscale unit is tastefully designed and decorated and features an easily accessible ground floor efficiency apartment - complete with kitchen, washer, dryer and deck with gas grill. This added feature can be rented on it's own or as a bonus for the main house.
Plenty of room to spread out and relax, the second floor offers spacious living with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake and Gulf. The cozy kitchen has a center island/breakfast bar. There is also one bedroom with twin beds and a private bath on this floor. The third floor has two large master bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms for each. One has a jacuzzi tub and large private patio with views of the Gulf.
This perfect home, with over 2,500 square feet of living space, picturesque views of both lake and Gulf and bountiful amenities, is ideal for a memorable Florida family vacation.

This was our first vacation home rental. In the past we have stayed at resorts or hotels. This experience has changed how we will vacation in the future. Aqua Blue is everything you have at home. We really liked being away from the high traffic and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The beach was just a short walk which we enjoyed everyday, and the golf cart was a lifesaver for my mother. Aqua Blue is a beautiful townhouse on a quiet street not far from the beach with a lovely view of Oyster Lake. It has all the comforts of home and the 2 balconies are ideal for enjoying sunrises with coffee or the beach breeze in the evenings. The house is very nicely and comfortably furnished, but not fru-fru...just right. The little apartment downstairs was perfect for Granny since she doesn't do well with stairs. She even had her own little deck where she sat and read in the mornings. The golf cart was a convenient and fun way to travel to and from the beach. Everything worked - including the gas grill. There is a bike path just across the lake, perfect for cruising 30A. The on-line photos of this place don't do it justice. We would definitely recommend Aqua Blue for a carefree family vacation.

My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, our 9-year old grandson, and our 3-month old grandson spent the week of September 13-20, 2008 in the AquaBlue house. The house was very nice for our needs. While we prefer to be on the beach, the views were beautiful and we were allowed to take our pet who is approximately 10 or 11 years old rather than have him shut up in a kennel. The house was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Thank you to the owners for making it available.

Excellent house with distant view of the gulf, but only minutes away from one of the nicest beaches in the world. The house was very comfortable and spacious and was pet friendly. I would consider renting again and would recommend the property to others.
