You are welcome to use our golf cart, located in the garage for your convience to get items to and from the beach. Located just 20 yards from our front door is a heated community pool. Kids can ride their bikes in our private cul-de-sac and the entire family can enjoy fishing or use our paddleboat in the lake which is located 40 yards from our front door. There is something for everyone to enjoy! "Aqua Blue" is just a mile from the town center of Santa Rosa, five miles from Seaside and is centered between Destin and Panama City. There's a convenient thirteen-mile paved bike/walking path, leading you to the area's neighboring beach communities and many amenities including: golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, fishing, water sport activities, and more. There are plenty of activities for all ages! You will feel like you are right at home in this beautifully decorated beach house, built to accommodate your every need. This spacious, upscale unit is tastefully designed and decorated and features an easily accessible ground floor efficiency apartment - complete with kitchen, washer, dryer and deck with gas grill. There is also one bedroom with twin beds and a private bath on this floor. The third floor has two large master bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms for each. One has a jacuzzi tub and large private patio with views of the Gulf. This perfect home, with over 2,500 square feet of living space, picturesque views of both lake and Gulf and bountiful amenities, is ideal for a memorable Florida family vacation.
