You can't stay any closer to the Mountain! This is one of the very rare places in the world that you can walk to the ski slopes and ski almost to the front door on a snowy day! The condominium is on the corner of Keller Road and Saddle Road, across from the Heavenly California Lodge. In the summer, you can hike the ski runs and trails from the house. The lake and casinos are one to two miles down the hill at the Nevada/California stateline. See nightly shows and concerts, enjoy the many beaches, movie theatres, shops, and the new bike path!
The Condo has a partial view of the Heavenly Valley ski mountain and lifts. The community jacuzzi is just steps from the house. The entry has a ski and snowboard rack. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, VCR, DVD and deck.The second bedroom also has a queen bed. All linens are provided.
The upstairs has a pull-out (double) sofa bed, TV, DVD, VCR, gas fireplace, deck, small propane BBQ, full kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer.
Ski Season is Here! What more could anyone possibly need! This Condo is equipped enough for six people, there is a hot tub right outside the deck area, is one mile to the Lake and the Casinos, and you can ski right to the front entrance of Heavenly!
We are located right across the street from Heavenly Valley California Base Lodge, and it is roughly 500 feet to the slopes. The face of the mountain can be seen from the two decks that face the slopes. The 500 foot walk takes you to the base of Heavenly's California Base Lodge where tickets may be purchased without having to wait in the long lines at the main gondola entrance.
The Condo itself has a comfortable cabin feel and is tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities of home and maybe even a little more.
The master bedroom has its own private deck for those mornings when you want to enjoy the views and your cup of coffee.
The second bedroom is also located downstairs and is equipped with a queen. The first bathroom adjoins the two rooms and is very convenient, especially in the middle of the night.
As you go upstairs, there is another deck off the living room, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen table that sits six. The kitchen and one bathroom are also found upstairs as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Just a few steps away is the hot tub, which is shared by all tenants. It is kept going all year long and is very convenient after a long day on the slopes.
If you like activities, this Condo is placed within minutes of many activities. The Casinos are located two miles from the Condo. Being so close to the Casinos makes it easy for you to miss the common congestion that occurs while traveling on the main strip, especially during the summer months. You can easily miss all that traffic by using Pioneer Trail which gives you direct access to the back of the casinos. The lake is also one mile away where you can enjoy many activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming.

It is a good idea to book your stay well in advance since the cabin fills up quickly. If conditions are anything like last year, it is going to be an awesome season!
Wax up those Skis and Snowboards because it's time to play and relax!! Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts with Heavenly Valley being right across the street.
This condominium is located near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world! The lake is surrounded by magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation.
When the snow melts enjoy the lake and land activities such as lake cruises, river rafting, 24 hour night life, hot air balloons, etc. Condominium is located one mile from the lake and two miles from the casinos. Across the street at the Tahoe Seasons Resort you can catch shuttles to take you to restaurants, casinos, etc. There are many great restaurants right down the street on Ski Run Blvd.
