We are set among the beautiful views of the majestic Koolau Mountain range in beautiful Kailua, Hawaii. Kailua is a bedroom community of Honolulu, just a short drive from Honolulu, Pearl Harbor,the airport, Waikiki, and other popular destination spots. Don't get caught up in the "hustle-bustle" of city life...enjoy the easy life, the Hawaiian life; Enjoy scenic vistas, quiet beaches and the friendly people of Kailua.
We offer quick access (a 3 minute drive, or 2.76 miles)to world-famous Kailua Beach. We are 15-20 minutes from Honolulu, the airport, night life, and many other activities to make your vacation a memorable one. We are minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as Lanikai Beach, Kalama Beach, Kailua Beach and other amenities located in Kailua.
There is a a queen size bed in the air conditioned main bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer. There is a day bed that will transform into a king size bed in the second bedroom. The day bed will also 'second' as a couch to transform the room to a family room or den. We have an optional inflatable mattress if needed or desired for extra guests or children. Outside the main bedroom is a small fenced yard with a deck/lanai. The yard is lined with tropical flowers and fruit tree's, with a beautiful mountain view. Relax to the sound of banana leaves dancing in the wind. A GREAT place to enjoy your breakfast or have a bevrage in the evening.
We will set up a crib, at your request, as well as other baby necessities you may need for your little one.
The kitchenette offers all the amenities needed to do as much (or as little) cooking as you want to do. There is a counter top oven/rotissorie that will fit a large chicken, and hotplates for other cooking. (They both work well, as I used them while I endured a kitchen remodle.)The full size refrigerator will accomodate all of your food and drinks. There is a fold away table to save space, with the chairs tucked inside. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, BBQ, and a George Forman grill.

The security deposit holds your time until you get here and is subject to the cancellation policy below. Once you get here the security deposit becomes a breakage and loss deposit. Once you leave the security deposit is returned in full, after a satisfactory inspection.
Cancellation Policy:
Hale Pali Guest House (HPGH) will refund 100% of the deposit if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the check in date. With less than 30 days, if you need to cancel, we will refund the security deposit 100% if the rental is rebooked for the dates you reserved. If we can only get partial booking for the dates you had, we will return your security deposit on a pro-rated basis.

The monthly rate is $1700 plus tax.
This unit is fully furnished. Utilities, are included.
These rates are for 2 people, extra guests are $70/wk/person.
To reserve, send a $500 Security Deposit in cash, cashiers check or money order
Security Deposit is returned within 10 days of departure. Balance in full
Is due upon check in. Amount of security deposit depends on length of
Stay.
