Beautiful three bedroom, one bath ranch house in desirable part of southern long beach island. Located on a quiet street (all families) four houses to the ocean, and less than an 1/8 of a mile to the bay (where there is a bathing beach, tennis courts, and a playground!). Perfect house for a small family, or a few couples!
Recently updated, less than five years old, appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer). Central air, cable TVs in each room. Stereo with CD player, and DVD player in living room. Gas grill in backyard, front and rear decks with a table/umbrella in front that seats eight. Nice private back yard with enclosed (lighted) outside shower.
Sleeps six (queen-size bed in master) plus a fold out couch for an over night guest or two.
Lots to do in the area, or just sit by the beach all day and relax on the deck at night. Reasonable rates! no pets or smokers.
