Located on a quiet street (all families) 4 houses to the ocean, and less than an 1/8 of a mile to the bay (where there is a bathing beach, tennis courts, and a playground!). Nice private back yard with enclosed (lighted) outside shower.
Sleeps six (queen-size bed in master) plus a fold out couch for an over night guest or two.

Lots to do in the area, or just sit by the beach all day and relax on the deck at night.
