This vacation home is located at the beautiful Izatys Resort, Yacht and Golf Club. Resort Update as of April 25, 2009. The outdoor swimming pool, Blackbrook (18 hole) golf course, restaurant, marina, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking paths, and all other outdoor facilities will be available for use effective Memorial Weekend. We own our home so this rental is not a time share property. We rent our home year round and will supply you with a five star stay at a very reasonable price. Current rental references are always available. Since 2004 our home has maintained a V.I.P. status and been the top rented home within the resort complex. Your stay at our home will be a memorable one.

All fishing and pleasure boating renters will have full access to the lake from the marina using our yearly pass.

We have the ONLY Lakeside Townhome with its own PRIVATE 6 person Hot Tub for our guests to use. The hot tub sits in a three season porch ovelooking the beatiful lake and is useable year round.

Renter's Beware: "Beach Villas" are not the same as the "Lakeside Townhomes". Unlike the older and much smaller "Beach Villas", space is abundant both inside and outside our home. You will have a private driveway for parking up to 6 vehicles or 2 vehicles w/trailers. Trailers are not allowed in the small, conjested Beach Villa area. The resort sits on the South end of beautiful Lake Mille Lacs, which is known for its World Class Walleye and Muskie Fishing.

In season the resort offers two Championship 18 hole golf courses that are nestled within the Minnesota Great North Woods. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and spa, a white sand volleyball court, an outdoor bar/patio area, a full service marina to include fishing/pontoon boat and personal watercraft rentals. The marina also offers slip rentals and charter fishing excursions. Live entertainment is also offered. The use of all resort amenities are included in your stay. There could be additional fees for some of the resort offered amenities.

For those interested in the Casino life, Grand Casino Mille Lacs is a scenic 15 minute drive around the West side of the lake and is equipped with four different restaurants. There are numerous hiking, biking, and snowmobiling trails.

This vacation home sits about 200 feet back from waters edge and is surrounded by a beautiful manicured lawn. The area provides plenty of room for outside fun and gatherings. This home is the most requested private rental within the resort since 2005 and has a 5 Star Rating. Our fishing oriented renters will have free boat launches using our boat launch pass.

Ladies Retreat - Our home is the perfect place for your weekend with the girls. The expansive countertop and large kitchen table are great for scrapbooking.

We have not forgotten about the children as there are plenty of videos and board games in our home to keep everyone busy. Each of the three bedrooms have their own TV/DVD/VCR.

  • We just spent 3 days here on our annual guys golf weekend and it was fantastic. The condo is just perfect for this type of get away, we had no problems and everyone in our party said they would come back. We will book again next year if it is available. It is everything that they describe, very nice.

  • Nine ladies on a volleyball team made our annual "Girls Weekend" trek to Todd's lake home this year. We had a simply wonderful time. The home was clean, plenty of room for all of us to sleep,shower, etc and it is so close to the casino. We bring in all of our food and libation. We cooked all our meals in a great kitchen with all the utensils, pan and dishes we needed. The kitchen table was awesome as we spend the whole weekend playing cards and dominos. The hot tub was great and easy to use. We are sad we have to wait a year to rent it again.

  • Spent a boys weekend at this property....Great place. Just like sharing someone's home for a few days. Drove 15 minutes to the casino and made several walks over to the Izaty's bar. Large kitchen table hosted numerous poker games as well. Hot-tub was by far the highlight. Just off the kitchen made for easy access.

  • What a great weekend get-away. The private hot-tub in the porch made leaving the townhome unecessary, but we still enjoyed the short walk to the club house for a dinner away from the kids and a few drinks at the bar.

  • My family and I rented Todd's home in July 2005 for a family reunion. We had a great time. The home was beautiful. The lake was our main attraction as the majority of us love to fish. Some of us golfed and the courses were outstanding in scenery. We slept 12 people in the unit and really enjoyed the use of the hot tub. The kids had a great time using the resorts outdoor pool. We hope to return in the near future.

  • A group of 7 ladies, including myself, rented this unit from Todd for a weekend in December 2003. We had a blast. There is a beautiful fireplace with cozy couches and plenty of room to chat and play games. Big kitchen for all of usa to gather, chop, bake or cook. We agreed it was a must do for years to come. I highly recommend it.
