This very clean and comfortable cottage is family owned. We take pride in what we offer you... the most affordable and most relaxing vacation you'll ever have. It's also all on one level - NO STAIRS to climb every day!! There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms with twin beds and one full bath.
The cottage is second row beach with access to the crosswalk directly in front of the cottage - it couldn't be easier. The Sound is only a block behind us and the residential area is perfect for biking. Our screened in front porch with ceiling fans beckons to the avid reader or to the fisherman who's ready for a nap and it is the perfect setting for "Happy Hour." After a delicious meal on the island, gather around the kitchen table for a good game of cards or monopoly.
Don't forget to set the alarm if the fish are biting... and the fish are always biting at Topsail Beach!

Sep & Oct .. $550/week (SAT - SAT) *Rates one unit. *3 Night Minimum
NC taxes, totaling 13% (7% Sales Tax + 6% Local Tax)are based on our rental rate
and are an additional charge - taxes are not included in the above rates.
A $150 Security / Damage Deposit is required within 10 days of booking.
The deposit is completely refundable provided no damages occured during occupancy.
Minimum Age for Rental is 23.
