Located in Watercolor’s beautiful Park District, just 9 houses from the boathouse, Serenity Path offers the finest in beach vacation homes. This large 3,400 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and sleeps 9 people. Expansive porches overlook beautiful Western Lake and offer access to the miles of nature trails in the community. Exquisite décor accents every room of this three-story home including hardwood floors, a stocked library, an observation tower and guesthouse. The WaterColor community has 4 pools, a beach club, 4 bikes onsite for your use, and access to the tennis facilities.

Ground Floor: Spacious entry hall with a convenient window seat. Separate sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs and mini frig. Beautiful well stocked library looks up through three stories of the home to the tower room shedding daylight throughout the home. Powder room. Stunning King bedroom, with 4-poster bed, TV, and 2 French doors which open onto a private screened porch overlooking the nature preserve. Overstuffed, comfortable seating will make this space a favorite. Private bath features separate tiled shower, his/her vanities, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. Large Queen bedroom features built-in armoire, flat panel TV, and private bath with deep soaking tub/shower. Additional full bathroom with huge walk-in shower is accessed from outside for “after the beach” cleanup.

Second Floor: Beautifully furnished living room with wood-burning stone fireplace, huge flat panel TV, DVD and whole house stereo system. Ample seating includes 4 side chairs and deep plush sofa. Wall-to-wall French doors open out onto screened porch overlooking Western Lake. Nicely furnished with table, 4 chairs, 3 side chairs, outdoor speakers and ceiling fans. Dining table features a built-in banquet seat plus chairs to comfortably seat ten. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances: Subzero frig, 5-burner gas stove top, Fisher & Paykel 2-drawer dishwasher, oven and microwave. Breakfast bar has 3 bar stools. Sitting area with two comfy chairs is adjacent to kitchen, plus butler’s pantry and flat panel TV. Built-in work desk for those who must stay in touch. Wireless high speed internet connectivity. Hall bath with tiled shower serves common area and twin bedroom. Twin bedroom features two twin beds plus flat panel TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Third story tower room reached through internal staircase offers panoramic views of Western Lake, WaterColor, Seaside and the Gulf. Four tall stools allow relaxation as you watch the sun set. Half way up the staircase to the tower is a long built-in bench for a quiet reading area.

Guesthouse features unique king bed and sleeping loft with twin bed – perfect for a young child who wants to be near parents. Kitchen area is fully equipped with mini-frig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and dishware, stainless steel bar with two chairs plus a café table with bench seating. Private bath with deep tub/shower, flat panel TV and parade deck overlooking the street.

Being together as a family celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary was the highlight. The cousins – 3, 4, 7 & 16 had great fun. The “nooks and crannies” in the house made lots of play places to enjoy! The fireworks were great both from the beach and the tower

We love the look on the kids’ faces when we caught crabs on the beach at night. So precious to get away from typical life and spend the entire week just having FUN. Serenity Path is just that: Serenity. Thanks.

...I wanted to say that we loved Serenity Path and renting through Sunburst Beach Vacations. We've stayed in Seaside, WaterSound and Destin including Signature Beach, and this by far was our favorite place and best experience. The house could not have been any better. We also loved all of the information that was set out on the counter at our arrival, too. It was so informative and helpful. You do such a great job and we will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

We discovered the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay in WaterColor in your wonderful home. The weather was hot and humid; unseasonably hot for this time of year, but still very beautiful! We golfed, biked, played tennis, grilled out & enjoyed the beach. Beautiful sunsets and magical moments with friends. Thank you!

Great house! Nice library; we liked your taste in books. The kids, ages 14 & 12, with their friends got to exercise their independence...just checking in occassionally. WaterColor lets you do this. We old guys just read!

Hot, humid, lovely afternoon clouds, thunder. We biked, enjoyed the outdoor play "The Fisherman and his Wife", golfed, read on the veranda and spent time at the pools and beach. We discovered a small alligator in the lake, no oil, the cupcake stand in Seaside, lovely children's books in the library. Wonderful strawberry smoothies at WaterColor's Beach Club pool. Can't wait to return! Thank you, Beth & Chuck...beautiful home by the sea.

The weather was hot & sunny! We rode bikes to the beach everyday, went fishing, Yolo boarded on the ocean, walked on the beach in the mornings. We discovered the bar-b-que stand in Seaside, all the running & bike trails through WaterColor, and enjoyed a fishing trip out of Panama City Beach. Spending time together as a family were moments that mattered. Great house! We had so much fun!
