Nice house! Pictures don't do this place justice....really. Bedrooms were nice sized and having a bathroom in every room was wonderful. Nicely equipped kitchen and we loved cooking with gas. Overall experience was a very positive one. Glad we rented in Frazer/Winter Park this vacation.

This well maintained rental does not disappoint. This rental had all the amenities that you would expect at home and more. Our party of four adults and five children fit comfortably. The kids had lots of options available to keep themselves busy during down times as did the adults. April provided great customer service both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this rental, especially to multiple families looking for a great two family rental.

We spent a week at the condo between Christmas and New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed the many comforts and amenities (not to mention the heated garage, which is a rare luxury in rental properties). We have rented in the Winter Park area for many years and we put this one near the very top of our list of favorites. Extremely comfortable, accessible, quiet and equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It truly is an excellent choice for a rental property. Not to mention pet friendly, which is almost unheard of in a property this new and well appointed.

We shared this lovely condo with another family over New Year's (4 adults and 4 kids total) and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice location and great features. We sat on the couch after skiing and enjoyed a lovely view of the Winter Park sunset.

Christmas '09

We had a great time spending Christmas in Winter Park/Fraser. It was our second trip there in '09. There was never a dull moment. The townhome was beautiful, completely stocked with everything you need and had plenty of room for all of us. We did cook most nights but really enjoyed Hernando's Pizza and Fontenots. Can't wait to visit again.

Owner response:Many guests find the kitchen and family area such a great space to relax after a full day of skiing, there is no need to go to restaurants. You can have a relaxed meal at home and then look at the stars when sitting in the hot tub.....

We loved our stay in this wonderful townhome! And, the kitchen, wow! I'm so not a cook, but we spent most of the time (when inside) sitting in the kitchen area because of how beautiful it was!

We had the pleasure of staying in your townhome during June of 09. We have been vacationing in the Winter Park/Fraser area for 20+ years--this is our favorite condo so far. The furnishings are so nice--you have thought of everything. We loved the kitchen, the two master bedrooms, the bathrobes, the membership at the Ridge Club, and more. We believe finding vacations homes online is like gambling. After entering the condo, our first thought was, "They have this unit under priced. Extremely clean and all the furnishing are high end. (not like most where all the silver, glasses and plates are from target)

Wonderful condo with all the amenities! Access to workout facility and pool was a plus (Kids loved the pool and tennis courts)!!! GREAT location...within minutes to Winter Park and 30 minutes to Grand Lake. Looking forward to the opportunity to come back.

Perfect in every way. All the comforts of home and then some. Location is excellent, beautiful view. Everything is top of the line from the appliances to the linens. Close to grocery store, tubing hill, downtown and all activities. We will be back next year for sure!

What a wonderful home away from home! The beds are comfy, pillows soft, perfect mountain decor, all desired kitchen gadgets in place and lots of thoughtful touches like a heated garage to keep ski boots warm. Great, convenient location in Fraser near Safeway and tubing hill. easy access to free shuttle too. Perfect!

Thank you for sharing your lovely town home during Spring Ski Season. Mary Jane sure has some challenging bumps. The ski shuttle was really convenient to use and always on time. Your home was such a great place to relax in after skiing. Your DVD movie collection was very entertaining. We will be back next year for sure.

What a beautiful place had lots of fun. I especially like the three levels because you could either be staying up late (and maybe being a little rowdy) or sleeping in or waking up early and the three levels allows you to do that without feeling like you are disturbing the other people with you on your trip. Great skiing as well ;-)
