Seventeen-hundred-seventy-one square feet with three bedrooms and two full baths, a garage that can house and protect your jet ski or small fishing boat, adequate kitchen with dishwasher, and, of course, a beautiful vaulted ceiling screened porch with a gorgeous view of Lake Murray. The two bedrooms upstairs have queen-size beds. The downstairs bedroom has two double-size beds with a full bath (shower only) attached. On those cool nights you can turn on the attic fan and draw fresh night air through the house!
Also, there are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one downstairs in the garage. There are three bunk beds in the fourth sleeping area of the house! So, you can sleep up to 14 people!
