Beautifully and comfortably decorated, our condominium provides you with an "at-home" feeling. Built in 2003, this unit is on the 3rd. floor, and is decorated in nuetral tones throughout. The eat-in kitchen is accessorized with stainless steel and red, white, and blue and has a table with leaf that seats up to eight. It also has a breakfast bar with stools. The lanai is furnished for eating as well. Because we use our condominium as often as possible, it is equipped with everything you would want, need, and expect to be in your own home. Children are welcomed!
Forest Glen is a premier, private, gated golf and country club. The golf course and clubhouse have just had a multi-million dollar renovation (golf course by Arthur Hill)and is considered one of the finest courses in SW Florida. We have six tennis courts, a heated pool and jacuzzi, a restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining, a computer room with internet access, a game/card room, pro shop, fitness center, locker rooms with sauna, outdoor tiki bar, and planned monthly activities. Golf/clubhouse transfer membership is optional. The grounds are impeccably kept and are surrounded by pristine, natural preserves through which biking and walking trails are blazed.
We are located in close proximity to Marco Island making the Marco and Naples beaches equally and easily accessible. Downtown Naples is overflowing with cultural, shopping and dining experiences that are top notch, and unmatched in South Florida. Year Purchased: 2003
We live in New Jersey, and visit Naples as often as possible. Having 2 teenagers (18 & 15)makes this difficult, but OUR TIME WILL COME! We have a cockapoo named Charley, named after the 2004 hurricane that swept through Naples, which was directly responsible his adoption! I take care of all the details related to our Naples residence, including the winter rentals. I graduated nursing school at 49 yrs. old in 2006, and currently work as a manager in the home health aide dept. of a home care nursing agency. I also sing in a classic rock band & in my church choir. My husband is an award winning professional sales rep for a pharmaceutcials company, makes homemade wine in his not-so-spare time, and enjoys golf and bowling. We plan to semi-retire to Naples in about 10 years...HOORAY!

Why the Owner Chose Forest Glen
Naples had always been a favorite place for us to vacation. A close friend of mine moved there in the late 80's. The beaches are gorgeous! My husband's brother-in-law became intersted in the area, bought at Fiddler's Creek, & that made us want a place of our own! Of all the properties we viewed, there was just something about Forest Glen that "felt right." We are close to both the Naples and Marco Island Beaches and fine restaurants, are 1/2 mile from Davis Blvd. which leads straight to "downtown", & have less traffic on our end of town. The purchase contract was signed on our 11th. wedding anniversary, which made for a great story, telling my family & friends that my husband bought me a condo for our anniversary! Forest Glen has proved to live up to all of our expectations, and our family now has many new memories and stories attached to our Florida home. We know you'll love it, too!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The restaurant, tiki bar, fitness center, walking trails, and golf course are some of the benefits we enjoy while at Forest Glen. We love the private pool for condo residents! The accessibility to Rt. 75 is great, & the golf course is BRAND NEW! The entire club house has just been revovated as well. Yoga and pool aerobics take place at our condo pool...pick up the flyers at the clubhouse for a schedule of all the activities offered daily.
