This recently remodeled and upgraded beach house is located in a quiet, exclusive residential neighborhood--right up the street from a white sand beach. Amenities include a new kitchen with modern appliances, private courtyard with an outdoor fireplace/grill, living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, comfortable, spacious dining area with hardwood floors. The three bedrooms are fully-furnished with queen beds,master bath and guest bath, both bathrooms include full-sized tubs.
This house is in the perfect location--within walking distance to most of La Jolla's best beaches, dining, galleries, museums.recreation and tennis center, and shopping. In addition to the fine dining, shopping and beachcombing, we love to picnic at La Jolla Cove, check out the free summer La Jolla Concerts by the Sea in Scripps Park, catch a play at the award-winning La Jolla Playhouse, spend a day or more perusing the La Jolla Art Festival, search for Nemo at the Birch Aquarium, taste the eye candy at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Or go surfing, kayaking, golfing, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, check out the tidepools at the end of the street--or just sit on the beach with a good book.
Of course, if you want to get in the car and drive, there is always SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Old Town, Tijuana and much, much more.

My family spent a week here and absolutely enjoyed the house and it's location. Very close to different beaches and La Jolla Village. Easy access to all of San Diego activities. The house was very comfortable with ample space to hang out and relax. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions and offering recommendations for local attractions/restaurants etc...
