We have just completed nearly $40,000 of renovations to this unit including, remodeled bathrooms with new toilets, consoles, sinks, lighting fixtures, brand new dishwasher, washer/dryer, self-cleaning oven range, Air conditioning system with digital thermostat, upgraded/brand new furniture and upholstrey package with beautiful beach-themed artwork, tile flooring throughout, crown molding, baseboards and beadboard paneling.
