This condo has two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps 9 comfortably in five beds (two full, two queen, and a pull out single sleeper couch). The living room has a two-story vaulted ceiling with a small loft space that overlooks the living area. Two TV’s with cable and DVD let the adults and kids spread out after a long day on the ski hill, golfing, or just good family fun.
The downhill skiing, tubing and snowboarding are great! Schuss Mountain offers 46 runs and all are just steps from the room. This condo is walking distance to the Schuss Mountain ski hill: Ski-in and Ski-out. Five quad chairs make waiting in line a thing of the past. Children's programs are available as are ski lessons for all. At Schuss Village there are two pools (indoor and outdoor) and a hot tub & sauna. Ivan's restaurant overlooks Schuss Mountain and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and also houses a full service bar.
Use all of the owners amenities, including the use of four swimming pools, the Schuss Village complex with swimming pools is open all winter long, hot tubs, restaurants, and pro shop/ski shop, tennis courts, and much more are all within walking distance.
There is live entertainment in the evenings. Hansel Lodge contains a convenience store and ski shop. Don't forget to take the horse-drawn sleigh ride. There are casinos in Traverse City and Petoskey. There is something for everyone. The quiet walks in the lovely woods are totally refreshing.
This is the best location and the best value, if you are interested in either skiing or golf. Do not settle for a lesser location than you deserve. A shuttle stop is also located near the condo allowing you to travel to anywhere in the entire resort with ease.
Do not settle for a walk to the slopes when you can be right on them. Do not settle for a long walk or car ride to golf, when you can walk right out your front door and be on the course in minutes. Do not settle for crowded lodging. This is a family's dream location.
Play golf at one of four championship courses, including the Schuss Mountain course, which is right out your front door.
A great tubing hill is close by, where you ride back up the hill in your tube. Take a sleigh ride or a snowmobile ride right on the property, or go to one of the eight restaurants at Shanty Creek, ranging from gourmet to cost conscious menus. Enjoy boating, beaches, mountain biking, a full service spa and health club, shops, restaurants, and Kids and daycare program right on-site.
