Our family had a wonderful time at the Condo. We were looking for something on the beach with a pool that did not require a weeks rental as we were in town for our a soccer tournament and we found it. The weather was incredible as were the views from the balcony. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool which was nice for us as we did not have to worry about sunburns on the kids or ourselves. Watching the Sun rise out of the ocean while drinking coffee on the balcony was breathtaking. Thank you for the wonderful time we had at the beach!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation in Orange Beach, and we could not have asked for a nicer condo. The furnishings were extremely comfortable, tasteful, and modern. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen included everything we needed, and lots of things we didn't! I was pleasantly surprised to find such things as a crock pot in the closet! One of my favorite things about the unit was the couch on the balcony, where I enjoyed curling up with a book and my husband enjoyed his morning coffee. The unit is spacious, and my family of four felt right at home. The property is well maintained and cared for. The common areas were cleaned frequently. The restrooms at the pool were so nice to have, and I was surprised at how clean they were kept. The sand was white, the ocean was crystal clear, we enjoyed watching the dolphins swimming by each day. Melanie was very easy to work with, and her description/photos are exactly what you will find upon arrival. Harbour Place is near the edge of Orange Beach, not the center of town, and therefore was more quiet than some other condos. The beach area was not crowded at all. It had a very family friendly feel about it, and the traffic wasn't bad at all (and we were there in mid-July). There is a seafood market directly across the street that has fabulous seafood! My family had always vacationed in the Destin/Panama City areas in the past, but I am already looking forward to another vacation at Harbour Place in the future!

As we don't live too far from the beach, we decided not to go to far from home. So we decided to spend our 24th wedding anniversary at the beach. This was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed at. Had everything we needed for the two of us, couldn't have asked for anything better. Very clean and well maintained. I have never rented anything from VRBO and have been always scared to but Melanie made it very easy. I felt comfortable in sending my information and I will do it again. Thanks Melanie for everything!

Great little condo in a perfect location

This was our first experience renting a condo on the gulf, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 5, had a nice view of the gulf, and all the amenities we need for a Memorial Day weekend. The condo is nicely decorated, and in good shape. It was clean and well maintained. The pool is a little small, but having an indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool was nice during the times that it was raining, as it gave the kids something to do besides watching tv. The property is right on the beach, so you literally walk out onto the beach. There are chair/umbrella rentals on the beach and the guys running them are very attentive, checking on you every hour or so. One nice thing we discovered on the last night is that there is a seafood market right across the street where you can get some great fresh seafood to take home. They will also steam it all up for you right there and you can take it back to the condo for a great meal out on your patio - they have shrimp, fish, scallops, lobster, crab legs and all the fixings.

Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway.

My daughter, granddauther and I stayed in this condo in October of 2007 and 2008. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely, the view is great and the indoor pool is wonderful on cool or rainy days. The beach is only a short distance from the condo. Melanie is great to work with and I highly recommend this condo

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The condo was everything the site said it would be; the commodities were great and everything was well-kept. The beach was not as crowded as those in Gulf shores. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this lovely condo the week of Oct. 11th 2009. We really enjoyed our stay!! The balcony was really nice and we loved that there was an unobstructed view of the beach . We also liked that the inddor and outdoor pool connected, we used the indoor pool most everyday. Melanie was so hospitable! Thank You !! We discovered some new places to eat (for us) Flippers and Lulu's !!! Very Good! Also did a Sunset Dolphin Cruise at Flippers Marina and it was great , I think it was through Cold Mil Fleet?? They did a great job !!

We stayed at Harbour Place # 403 the week of July 11th through 18th and had a wonderful time. We had several other friends staying at Harbour Place this same week in different condos and ours was the nicest. It had everything we needed, was updated, and the beds are so comfortable. Great week and would recommend this condo.

I really enjoyed staying at this condo during our vacation. It was perfect. The decor is very up to date and not tacky like so many other beach condos. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath, etc. The view was perfect as well. We liked that the beach was a bit more private than most. And like so many others have said, the beds were super comfortable! I liked working with Melanie and we received our deposit back super fast. I'm looking forward to vacationing here again in the future. Thanks Melanie.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The condo had everything we needed-- from a great view of the ocean to absolutely the most comfortable beds. Our favorite place to lounge was on the balcony couch. We loved to watch the full moon glowing over the ocean waves at night. The weather was perfect! Can't wait 'til next year!

We stayed at this condo 5/13-5/17 and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The view from the deck was perfect and when not on the beach we where on the deck most of the time. The condo facilities and grounds are also in tip top shape and the people both locals and visitors where super nice. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and we will definetly be back and stay here again! Be sure to stop by Lartiques Seafood across the street because it is sooo delicious we picked up food there almost every night! Can't wait to go back!

My two brothers and sister-in-laws and myself had the BEST time and enjoyed your place sooooo much. The online pictures DOES NOT do it justice. Loved the new couch. I really spent a lot of time on the couch on the balcony. Took a 2 hour nap out there and slept out there a night or two. The weather was so perfect and the moon could be seen so well from your balcony. I stared at it for hours. Your beds are the most comfortable I have ever felt. My family couldn't get over the place. Thank you again for being so pleasant to deal with. Our vacation went off without a hitch. Sherry

This is a lovely condo with everything that's needed, provided, and with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Weather was so perfect (Nov) we didn't need heat or air on, and I went to sleep listening to the waves. The indoor/outdoor pool is great, and as well the covered parking (probably especially in the summer). We went out late to look for shells, and still found good ones, and the sand here is so white and clean...beautiful. The area info center is right down the road, and it was an easy trip into Mobile. We had a wonderful stay - I definitely plan to return.
