Whether you are looking for family bonding time or a fun golf getaway, Bayside will make your vacation complete. Located just five miles from Ocean City, Maryland in the charming beach community of Fenwick Island Delaware, with convenient beach shuttles in season that take the hassle out of parking. If golf is your interest, enjoy an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus championship golf course with an exquisite clubhouse and pro shop. The community also has an outdoor pool, and five tennis courts, along with the Oasis Bar and Grill with outdoor seating in season.
While at home enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a large space for entertaining that includes a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD/VCR player. For your enjoyment a 270 movie video library is available along with games and books for all tastes and ages. There is also a separate living room with a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR player and Game Cube system. The upstairs loft has a bumper pool table and a computer with high speed internet access, as well as a printer. The two-car garage houses a fuse ball table, ping pong, safe dart board, boogie boards, beach chairs, and many other outdoor games.
Downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and upscale master bath with a large tub and separate shower. The other downstairs bedroom has a full bath with two double beds. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two full baths. There is also an upstairs balcony from the loft. All five bedrooms have a TV, some with VCR or DVD players.
For your outdoor pleasure enjoy a large screened-in porch with dining area as well as two outdoor decks. This particular location faces a private cul-de-sac that gives you lots of privacy and space to create a relaxed and uplifting retreat while providing comfort, style, and fun. We rented this house for a golfing weekend in late Sept and it was perfect. Great location, a few minutes away from Ocean city and a short drive from a few beautiful golf courses. The house was very nice, more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Recommend for anyone who just wants a relaxing golf/ beach weekend away.

My Wife , myself and our 2 daughters(ages 12 and 13) and My Friend his wife and their 2 sons (ages 7 and 9).stayed at this beautiful home. We have been planning this vacation since January and have constantly come to this site to look at the home to motivate us through the winter and the spring. I must say upon arrival into this lovely community we were BLOWN away by this home, it was more beautiful then the website showed .Our group was more than comfortable in this beautiful home and the wifes were in love with the huge kitchen. The children loved the pools in the community,we did not use the Tennis courts or the basketball courts as it was way too hot but they were very nice as well. Shopping was easy at the store right outside the community(Harry Teeters?)as well as a BJ's about a 15 minutes drive down the road. The main strip to Ocean City is a 5 minute drive away and the beaches are beautiful. We also were able to take advantage of the beautiful golf course in this community and had a great day on the links. Every year we try and do something different for our vacation,after spending time at this home I believe it was a unanimous that we will be back and plan on booking this beautiful house as soon as possible. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful home.

My experiance with the owners of this property was an awesome experiance. My Family and I LOVED it!!!! It was truly a home away from home. We love the home and the warmth received from the Rentee(s). We will make this our yearly rental for family unity.

We rented the beautiful house for a week in July for myself, seven kids and various friends. It was great, the location, the amount of room and especially the "home" feeling. I would recomend this home to other families.

For a second consecutive year, we rented this magnificient house. We were a group of height golfers. Everything is wonderful and respect the photos of the internet site. It's a vert nice neighbourhood. For the golf, it is excellent and we feel welcomed. Eventhough the wheater can be uncertain at the beginning of March, we are planning to repeat our experience in 2008! Thanks!
