  This is a great house with a great open room on the first floor for children and adults to hang out together. I would recommend this property to others. The pool, carousel and club house were lovely and the Harris Teeter market nearby was very convenient. Some issues that are easily corrected: The kitchen pots and pans were old, beat up and some were teflon that were scratched up and needed to be thrown away. A shortage of dinner plates (5) for all of us to use. DVD's in the living room and master bedroom didn't work right. Some light switches and bathub stoppers didn't work, some cobwebs in the living room, dirt under couches and chairs, better cleaning job needed. Thanks for providing the Train set - a big hit - and the books and movies on hand were great! Owner very helpful! We had a great week!

  Beautiful home - much bigger than it appears in the photos. High ceilings in every bedroom and nice cathedral ceiling in living area. We had 8 adults 6 kids and there was plenty of space. Kids loved riding bikes in the cul de sac and the playground area was so much fun. There was a carousel that ran from 4-8 pm and S'mores at the resort restaurant every night at sunset. Couldn't have thought up better treats! The pool was so nice- with a kiddie spray ground. Kayaking is available -we recommend the recreation passes. The beach was so perfect - water was incredible. Ocean City was very close as was the beach. We are looking forward to our next vacation here!

  My family of 11 (7 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this very nice home. Bedrooms were really nice and lots of them. Community was very nice - nephews loved riding there bikes around. Availability to country club was the best when you have kids that want to swim!! Club Pool area was set up VERY nice & safe. My 2yr old loved it because she was able to get in large heated inground pool because there was a 2ft section that was like being in the tub :) House had plenty of seating for when we all were eating or wanting to watch TV or hang out. OC Boardwalk was only about 15-20 away depending on traffice and beach area 5-7min. Very easy to get around this area. Some minor items that would have been nice to have: dish cloths, dish washer detergent, paper towels on holder, napkins, hand soap for each bathroom. It was not specified we had to bring these type of items (unless I missed it). Not a big deal we just had to go to grocery store when we got there because with 11 just can't be without this stuff :)

  We rented this house for a golfing weekend in late Sept and it was perfect. Great location, a few minutes away from Ocean city and a short drive from a few beautiful golf courses. The house was very nice, more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Recommend for anyone who just wants a relaxing golf/ beach weekend away.

  My Wife , myself and our 2 daughters(ages 12 and 13) and My Friend his wife and their 2 sons (ages 7 and 9).stayed at this beautiful home. We have been planning this vacation since January and have constantly come to this site to look at the home to motivate us through the winter and the spring. I must say upon arrival into this lovely community we were BLOWN away by this home, it was more beautiful then the website showed .Our group was more than comfortable in this beautiful home and the wifes were in love with the huge kitchen. The children loved the pools in the community,we did not use the Tennis courts or the basketball courts as it was way too hot but they were very nice as well. Shopping was easy at the store right outside the community(Harry Teeters?)as well as a BJ's about a 15 minutes drive down the road. The main strip to Ocean City is a 5 minute drive away and the beaches are beautiful. We also were able to take advantage of the beautiful golf course in this community and had a great day on the links. Every year we try and do something different for our vacation,after spending time at this home I believe it was a unanimous that we will be back and plan on booking this beautiful house as soon as possible. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful home.

  My experiance with the owners of this property was an awesome experiance. My Family and I LOVED it!!!! It was truly a home away from home. We love the home and the warmth received from the Rentee(s). We will make this our yearly rental for family unity.

  We rented the beautiful house for a week in July for myself, seven kids and various friends. It was great, the location, the amount of room and especially the "home" feeling. I would recomend this home to other families.

  For a second consecutive year, we rented this magnificient house. We were a group of height golfers. Everything is wonderful and respect the photos of the internet site. It's a vert nice neighbourhood. For the golf, it is excellent and we feel welcomed. Eventhough the wheater can be uncertain at the beginning of March, we are planning to repeat our experience in 2008! Thanks!
