This second floor condominium is directly on the beach at the corner of South Ocean Blvd and 17th Ave. This portion of Crescent Beach was renourished in the fall of '08 with beautiful clean sand and is a spectaculaar sight from both the master bedroom and the living room. The oversized balcony is 27' long and overlooks one of the pools.

Wireless and high-Speed internet, four cable TVs all with DVD player and/or VCR. Large dining area, beautifully-decorated with upgraded furniture throughout. Outside the front door, there is a storage closet for your use. This condominium is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury.
The concrete and steel construction make this building much quieter than most. The large rooms, huge balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room will ensure your comfort and maximize your beach experience. An extra-large table and chairs on the balcony allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean, pools, and lazy river. Being on the second floor you have easy access to all of the Crescent Shore amenities. THIS UNIT HAS OVER 1700 SQUARE FEET OF LIVING SPACE! It has just been repainted and is like new!
The upscale kitchen has solid granite countertops, and all wood cabinets. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, and dining room with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry. In addition, there is a king-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The mirrored living room has a 32-inch TV with a DVD player and VCR. Each bedroom has a TV with either a DVD player or VCR.
Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, a kiddie pool and indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool and two oversized hot tubs. The indoor pool is heated during the off season. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet. The spacious adjacent bathroom has an over-sized shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks.
The very large second and third bedrooms EACH have two queen-sized beds. All bedrooms have private access to the bathrooms. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests for a total of 12 sleeping comfortably!

My husband and I had a marvelous vacation here. Based on the pictures and descriptions, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated that the condo was immaculate and had such great furnishings and rooms. The kitchen was also great for cooking. I didn't need to bring anything. Carol and Gene provided some great recommendations for restaurants, golf and shopping. They were real experts at making their condo and the vacation perfect for us. I have recommended the condo to all our friends and are planning to make a return trip ourselves.

This was truly a second home. The owners Gene and Carol are friendly and make you feel welcomed. We stayed for a week in August 2010 and had such a fantastic time that we booked 2 weeks for August 2011 before we left. Very relaxing and peaceful. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

We stayed in Carol and Gene's unit for the first time this month. We were very pleased with it. It is clean and we think it is in an excellent location for the beach and for all of our favorite restaurants. Carol and Gene were extremely supportive and helpful. My family and I stayed here over the july 4th week of 2007. The condo was like brand new and was immaculate! You could eat off of the "bathroom" floors, that's how clean it was! The linens and towels were soft and the beds were perfect. The view from the 2nd floor was excellent, especially for the 4th's fireworks along the beach. Everything about this condo is A1A and is well worth the money spent. Feel free to call me if you have questions for a "renters perspective".

This is a beautiful place and it's well maintained! We had a great time! There was plenty of space and having the beach chairs was so helpful. The balcony had such a beautiful view and it was nice to only be on the second floor.

We had the pleasure of renting this unit for 3 weeks in March 06.This condo has everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and just like home.The Unit was very clean and well layed out with the other bedrooms at the opposite end to the master bedroom.These Units are much larger than other 3 bedroom units elsewhere making all rooms large enough for all.WE will stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone.Thanks again for a very restfull vacation.
