Condo is very nice, and has wonderful views from the second floor... Bedding is excellent and anything you may need is in the kitchen... Owners are excellent to deal with...

My husband and I had a marvelous vacation here. Based on the pictures and descriptions, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated that the condo was immaculate and had such great furnishings and rooms. The kitchen was also great for cooking. I didn't need to bring anything. Carol and Gene provided some great recommendations for restaurants, golf and shopping. They were real experts at making their condo and the vacation perfect for us. I have recommended the condo to all our friends and are planning to make a return trip ourselves.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was truly a second home. The owners Gene and Carol are friendly and make you feel welcomed. We stayed for a week in August 2010 and had such a fantastic time that we booked 2 weeks for August 2011 before we left. Very relaxing and peaceful. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

We stayed in Carol and Gene's unit for the first time this month. We were very pleased with it. It is clean and we think it is in an excellent location for the beach and for all of our favorite restaurants. Carol and Gene were extremely supportive and helpful. We will be returning for years to come and we have, and will highly recommend the unit to everyone. Thank you Carol and Gene for everything!

My family and I stayed here over the july 4th week of 2007. The condo was like brand new and was immaculate! You could eat off of the "bathroom" floors, that's how clean it was! The linens and towels were soft and the beds were perfect. The view from the 2nd floor was excellent, especially for the 4th's fireworks along the beach. Everything about this condo is A1A and is well worth the money spent. Feel free to call me if you have questions for a "renters perspective".

My family enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. This condo is just as pictured on this web site. Condo property was well maintained. I recommend your selecting this unit (or the 2 bedroom unit that the owner also has available). The owners are a pleasure to work with. They are very attentive to your needs and provide prompt follow-up to all inquiries.

This is a beautiful place and it's well maintained! We had a great time! There was plenty of space and having the beach chairs was so helpful. The balcony had such a beautiful view and it was nice to only be on the second floor.

We had the pleasure of renting this unit for 3 weeks in March 06.This condo has everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and just like home.The Unit was very clean and well layed out with the other bedrooms at the opposite end to the master bedroom.These Units are much larger than other 3 bedroom units elsewhere making all rooms large enough for all.WE will stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone.Thanks again for a very restfull vacation.

This condo is exactly as described on the website. Nicely decorated, fully equipped--even better than we expected. The kitchen had everything we wanted. We really appreciated the beach items in the storage closet. The second-floor location is convenient. There was absolutely no street noise, and we were close enough to hear the waves rolling in. Be sure to catch at least one sunrise, and watch for the dolphins.
