  #79971 pictures were spot on! All of the amenities mentioned in their ad were there for our use....paper & cleaning products, dried goods, everything you needed for a day at the beach including a beach wagon. Lots of outdoor space for use as noted and the screened front porch was perfect for morning coffee. The parking pass for the beach is a great bonus!! There were 6 of us staying there and tons of room to be together or alone. The short drive to the beach is wonderful and it gives you a chance to unwind when you get back "home"...which is exactly how this cottage feels. It was very clean and well maintained and we also received good instructions for how to use the washer, dryer, TVs, WiFi (no,, WE didn't but the younger ones did.) The neighborhood is quiet. We even had a wedding shower for 13 with plenty of room for all the food and for everyone. Our kids and grandkids went to Myrtle Beach. WE went to Wilmington, Bergaw and Shalotte to do some antiquing. Bergaw is a great small town to visit. We also had our traditional dinner at Ella's in Calabash. Except for the rain, which didn't stop a thing, even the beach wedding, I would have to say this cottage and its owners rate a 10!!! out of 10 and we will stay there again I'm sure!!!! Great for all ages 8 to 81!!!

  The cottage was just as described and the location is great! The owners have thought of everything and are very easy to work with! Sunset Beach is a perfect place to vacation and relax! Thanks Lynn and Randy for allowing my family to enjoy your piece of paradise!

  My husband and I just returned from Sunset Beach. The rental far exceeded my expectations. The house was exactly as described and was well appointed with many amenities. Lynn was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. The attention to detail and cleanliness were exceptional. We wanted for nothing in this lovely neighborhood. It was quiet but close enough to shopping and all. Beach is close. Calabash is close with Myrtle Beach at a short distance away. I even found a boarding kennel for my little dog for when we wanted to go out without him. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

  This is a wonderful, well cared for home in a very nice neighborhood. Its in a quiet residential area, but close to everything, including the ocean (a short drive). The house is bigger than it appears from the outside and very well maintained. The inside is modern and very clean. The owners, Lynn & Randy, are very thoughtful, accommodating and responsive. And when they say the house is fully supplied with everything you will need, they mean it. Many thoughtful touches, such as a large book of area attractions, and menus for area restaurants, often with helpful comments from past guests. Without hesitation, we would recommend this home as a great place to stay, and its owners as great people to deal with. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

  We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious Coastal Cottage was! We stayed for a week with our 8 and 10 year old daughters as well as my mother, and had more than enough room. The property was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything you need for a home away from home and more! We had a wonderful week and made many lasting memories. Thank you Randy and Lynn!

  I have stayed at this cottage several times and it always feels like coming home. The house has a warm feel and is fully equipped with anything you could possiblly want. The deck and patio are spacious, sun filled and private, and the screen porch is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. As far as the location.............I have stayed directly on the island, and quite honestly prefer this location. It is as close to being on the island as you can be, with the added bonus of the tall pines and singing birds. To top it all off, the owners are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Thank you Randy and Lynn for sharing such a lovely place!

  We are one of two families that enjoyed your place on the week of July 17th. It was our first time to Sunset Beach, and we just fell in love. We will be back. Didn't want to go. There were tears even. Loved the special touches to the place and all the thought that went into every little thing. Thanks for sharing your place w/ us!

  We had a wonderful time at the Coastal Cottage last week and only wish we could have stayed longer. This was by far the most accommodating vacation property that we have ever rented in the many years we have been coming to Sunset. We definitely feel as though we have found a hidden treasure!
