Villa Nassau is a 3-bedroom waterfront home with private pool. This house was completed in the beginning of 1999 so it's relatively new. What makes this home so attractive is it’s large pool deck and the excellent ocean view.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor of this house. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. The Master bathroom has a bathtub, while the other bathroom has shower only. The third bedroom is located in the tower room. There’s a staircase in the open patio located in the center of the home that gives access to the tower room. This bedroom has two single beds. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

This home is furnished casually. The cozy living room is furnished with rustic Mexican style wooden furniture. Entertainment is provided by color TV and stereo with CD player. There are many doors and windows in the living and dining area. Once you open these doors and windows you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful pool and ocean view.

The kitchen is equipped with electrical stove, European style combi-oven (combination oven/microwave/grill), refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery and all the basic things you need to prepare a meal. There's a washer/dryer in the adjoining storage/laundry room.

There are several patio chairs and two lounge chairs for around the pool. Additional lounge chairs can be rented at the caretaker’s office.

The drive to the small beach on property is approximately 5 minutes by car. There are two white sand beaches just within 10 minutes drive.

Services provided to guests staying at Villa Nassau include:
24 hours security on property, 3 times a week maid service, maintenance & repair service, local phone calls.
