We are the closest villa to the #7 green. Being located at the back end of The Links, we offer seclusion and privacy, with very easy access to our front door. 5 easy steps, and you are in our front door. We have 17 tennis courts, 13 clay and 4 hard. Take a 3 minute ride to the beach, in your private golf cart.
We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, the beach, tennis, the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. We have a two car garage with your golf cart waiting inside. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.
Totally upgraded wall treatments, faux painted walls in dining room, and look up to the ceiling to see faux clouds overhead! Brand new flatscreen TV in family room. We just added an outdoor flagstone patio with table and chairs. What a great spot to sip on your favorite beverage. We are privately set at the end of a beautiful tree lined gated street in The Links at Port Royal Village.

Why the Owner Chose The Links
We love the location of our villa with it's proximity to the ocean, golf, tennis, and the Westin. We purchased it by just seeing pictures sent to us. Once we physically walked in the front door, we were blown away with how nice it really was.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We enjoy the total privacy that our end location provides. Riding our golf cart to play tennis or go to the beach is very cool. By being at the northern end of the island, we do not have to get caught up in the traffic. Everything we could want is very close by.

We are from the Kansas City, Missouri area. Mary loves to shop the island and ride bikes. Chris is an avid tennis player that has enjoyed the many friends he has met on the courts. Our daughter Amanda, helps run our surfshop in Lawrence, KS. She enjoys the outlets malls and beach when doing the island life.

I would like to say the home is beautiful and clean with plenty of room for our family of five with 3 boys. The three bedrooms with TV and full bathrooms provided plenty of privacy and space. The fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer are a big plus to eat in and wash beach cloths daily. The golf cart was helpful for quick transportation to tennis courts, golf club house, beach and back to the near by pool. There is plenty of canopy coverage to keep one out of the sun and stay cool during walks to the beach and tennis courts. The owner is very professional and was available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our visit and will not hesitate to stay at this property again.

From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend at this beautifully decorated villa ! The home was very clean and inviting and had a real feel like we were on vacation. The furniture is comfortable and offers plenty of space for several people. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The golf cart is such an added plus and it was enjoyable to feel the breeze and we drove the short distance to the beach. The unit offers a spectacular view of the golf course. The owners are fabulous to deal with an were quick to respond to questions and even offered suggestions on dining and preferably golf courses. We love the place and will definitely stay here again ! Thank you so much Chris and Mary for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home.

We are completeing our fourth winter (3 months) on the Island and have reserved this winter home for our fifth year in 2012. It goes without saying that we have throughly enjoyed our stays in this condo. Very peaceful and quiet. Favorite times are spent in the dining room with the BEST VIEWS of the golf course while we are eating, reading or entertaining. We enjoy the new flat screen TV. All of the amenities are here; golf cart, grill, new patio with table, chairs, etc. We have always felt that the NORTH END of the Island is best suited for us. Everything is SO close; Bridge Club, churches, movie theater, Repertory theater, restaurants, library, Sams, food markets, SHARE (Senior Citizens Center) and even facilities to service our medical needs.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a fantastic stay at your villa. Everything we needed was at our disposal. We very much enjoyed eating breakfast every morning in the dining room while watching golfers go by. The kids favorite thing was putting to the beach in the golf cart. Your place was clean and well decorated. Being so close to great resturants was perfect. We go to Hilton Head every year, and will defiantely rent this villa again.

Our family was visiting Hilton Head Island for my nephew's wedding. Several condos in The Links were rented for the week. With so many family there we visited back and forth many times. This condo was voted "The Best" by all for decor, location, view, etc. We all had a great time and hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful condo with lots of extras! Secluded location with great view. Used the golf cart every day to tour Port Royal and go to the beach. Our family had a great time reliving old memories and creating new ones. Hope we can make a return trip when we will rent this condo again so don't think twice about booking this condo - catch it before someone else does!

A+! I would highly recommend this rental. The unit is well-appointed and very tastefully decorated. We had three generations along for this visit to Hilton Head and the villa met the needs of all of us. Quiet, roomy and comfortable, it offered easy access to the beach, to shopping, golf and dining. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals on site. Check in was a breeze and the agency responded immediately when informed there was no garage door opener by personally bringing it to our door. Staying in this unit made our visit to Hilton Head very enjoyable. We are glad we made this selection through VRBO.

DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK THIS VILLA FOR YOUR VACATION! We just got home from a week's vacation in this lovely golf community, and it was fabulous! This home is so beautifully decorated and has every convenience needed to make the stay comfortable. Having the three bedrooms gave my two daughters and my son-in-law plenty of privacy and the ability to sleep-in late, but the living area was light and airy and made family time so pleasurable. There is so much to do on the island, yet it was one of the most peaceful vacations we have ever had. Having the golf cart and beach accessories in the garage made even our beach days comfortable. My family took advantage of the complementary tennis every day. (I don't even play tennis but still enjoyed sitting in the lawn chair in the shade and watching my husband and children have a great time.) Our family has traveled to all 50 states and 13 countries, but this was definitely one of my most favorite vacations ever. NOTE: Be sure to rent the bicycles for the week! I am not at all athletic, but the land is so flat and the bike paths are so beautiful and shaded that I thoroughly enjoyed our biking trips to the mall. Just be sure to have a flashlight if you think you might get caught out after dark because there are NO streetlights on Hilton Head.
