At the villa, you will enjoy the breathtaking views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea volcanoes. The beach golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. is challenging enough for serious golfers, but its relaxed pace is inviting to novices, too. Also located on the Waikoloa Beach Resort is the King’s Golf Course that was rated as one of the 100 best courses in the country by Golf Digest.
You will be steps away from Anaehoomalu Bay, a palm tree lined white sand beach, where you can swim with sea turtles, snorkel, or just lounge on a chaise. A leisurely stroll around King’s Lake will lead to Kings Shopping Center with its many amenities; including fine restaurants, quaint boutiques and upscale shopping, and sponsored Hawaiian cultural events.
Located on the complex for your enjoyment is an infinity pool with lava waterfall, an in-ground Jacuzzi, gas barbecues and picnic area, a fitness center with nautilus equipment, and a Welcome Center where you can arrange your Hawaiian vacation adventures. At the end of the day, after using these amenities, you can sit on the lanai and watch the most amazing sunsets over the palm tree lined ninth fairway.
What separates this villa from the rest of the Fairway Villas complex is the unique blend of contemporary and Pacific Rim furniture. You will be sitting on Italian leather sofas with a coffee table made from the trunk of a Mahogany tree and a Bali chest made from distressed wood rescued from shipwrecks.
In the dining area, you will find a 19th century hand painted Tibetan chest. Adorning the walls are authentic hand-made Hawaiian quilts, Asian artefacts, and art by local Hawaiian artists. Through the villa, you will find beautiful bronze castings, antique carved Buddha’s and other examples of Asian art. Finally, there is custom made bedding, window treatments with wood slat blinds, and shower curtain.
The gourmet kitchen includes: smooth top ceramic cooking surface, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, built-in dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Kitchen Aid blender, non stick pots and pans, top of the line cooking and grilling utensils, Italian spice grinders, and German cutlery. There’s a raised granite breakfast bar and barstools as well as a table and chairs for meal times.
The lanai has a table and chairs for outside dining. The villa comes with a washer and dryer for your use. The large master bathroom has a separate glass and tiled shower, marble double sink, and an oversized Jacuzzi soaking tub.
