Enjoy your next vacation in luxury of this three bedroom, two bath home, located on the first floor of Magnolia Pointe of Myrtlewood Golf Community. Magnolia Pointe is quiet and relaxing with beautiful landscape and overlooks the pool and beautiful Myrtlewood Golf Course. Magnolia Pointe is located less then five minutes from Broadway at the Beach right off of Highway 17. Great shopping, dining and entertainment nearby. We are only 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Our condo can accommodate a family of six persons including children. The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom has a king bed. A third Bedroom has a queen bed. This condo is equipped with four TV's (one 42 inch Plasma), DVD & VCR. and DSL internet.
If you prefer to eat-in, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the best meal in town. This condo is equipped with a large washer & dryer.

The patio, living room and master bedroom all overlook the pool and golf course. This condo is approximately 1700 sq. ft.

You must be 25 years of age to reserve the condo. Rates do not include the 12% accommodations tax. Rates include cleaning after departure. A $200.00 refundable Security Deposit is required to secure reservations. The $200.00 security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, providing condo is left in good shape. Check-in time is after 3:00 P.M. Departure is before 10:00 A.M. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Rates are subject to change without notice. If written notice of cancellation is received with in 30 days prior to arrival date the Security Deposit will be refunded, less $50.00.

No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

  • Exceptional in almost any way you would rate a rental unit. Excellent design and layout. Has been decorated with style and is very comfortable compared to many of our previous quality rentals. Owners have supplied just about anything you would need for comfort and convenience and, in that sense, it's a lot like being in your own home. It's very relaxing to stay in a place where things are cared for, decorated with style and taste, and everything works. Parrish's at Magnolia Pointe was a perfect location as far as we're concerned for golfing, shopping, shows,just relaxing, and dining out - most of those things we go to Myrtle Beach to do. Highly recommend this place!!!

  • WOW!!! This condo was by far the nicest place I have ever vacationed in. Charlotte has decorated it so tastefully and has thought of everything you can ever want or need. These pictures do not begin to do this condo justice. I recommend this to anyone vacationing that doesn't necessarily need to be one the beach and the price cannot be beat. I look forward to staying here again.

  • This place is 1st Class all the way. We stayed here for a week and loved it. Experience all the comforts of home and then some. Great location for all that is going on in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.
