The four-season, vacation house sits quietly along the tranquil Crooked River which feeds into Sebago Lake. It is located in the heart of the Sebago Lake Region. In the winter, the house is heated and plowed. The house is minutes away from Sebago Lake State Park Beach, the magnificent sights of the Naples Causeway, as well as the shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Naples. However, you will feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. When in the living room and kitchen, you are surrounded by beautiful, Maine knotty-pine walls. Most of the summer you can pick blueberries for your breakfast right off the deck and by the water.
FALL & WINTER RESERVATIONS BEING ACCEPTED. ONLY A FEW WEEKS LEFT IN SEPTEMBER. CALL OR EMAIL KYLE AT 207-632-1953.
The location is quiet and relaxing for families, couples, and friends reuniting. A small, sandy beach area is located by the river along with a dock to swim from and to keep a boat. Listed below are testimonials from past renters.
Annette from MA- Your house is truly beautiful; it was very peaceful and the river was interesting. The best part is the beach by the river- my dog really enjoyed wading in the river- and the deck facing the river. There was really a ton of space and it was really clean.
The flowers in the yard were pretty cool, too- the ones surrounding the house were just starting to bloom; I bet by now there's an explosion of color surrounding your house. We'd love to come back and stay again.
Karen from NJ- We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and appreciated the quiet mornings. The cabin has a lovely view of "Crooked River" and it was satisfying to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the bench near the water's edge. The cabin is centrally located to all that Maine has to offer and we enjoyed our trip to the Fryeburg Fair(get there early!). We also spent a day in New Hampshire. We finished up with several day trips in the other direction to Freeport, Portland and Kittery. We love Maine!!
Mike from PA- I wanted to let you know that everything was FANTASTIC. The Wife, the dog and I loved getting out of the city to relax. It is truly beautiful up there. I loved the cabin as well. The pictures on the listing do it no justice! I'll surely be back to visit it this summer. Also, your parents were great! I had a nice chat about Pennsylvania (I'm from Philadelphia originally). Small world. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent experience.
Mike from MA- We did indeed enjoy our stay at the summer house. We found all the comforts of home and it was spacious enough to accommodate our family comfortably.
Debbie from MA- We enjoyed our stay, it was too short. Planning on doing it again. Love Maine, have a lot of family there, love the area. Thanks for everything. Eric from MA- We greatly enjoyed our stay. We thought the cottage was perfect for our needs and enjoyed the ability to either sit around a fire or have fun on the beach. Once again thank you for allowing the opportunity for us to rent your property during the 4th.

The area is truly a four season delight! In the summer, many vacationers visit the Lake Region to fish, boat, sightsee, kayak, canoe, and just relax on one of the many bodies of water. A unique feature of the area is the Songo Locks, one of the last remaining functioning locks to connect two bodies of water in Maine. The house's dock can be used for securing a boat and for swimming.
