One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach towels and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated in the top ten beaches in the USA. Ranked #2 in 2010 only to be beat by Hanalei Bay in Hawaii. For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as public restrooms, a concession stand and small storefront selling suntan lotion, towels and beach toys! It is extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Features new appliances (including washer and dryer), newer furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's, Ipod docking station, BluRay/DVD player, wi-fi, newer linens (400+ thread count sheets), newer kitchen dishware and a new $3k latex mattress insures a comfortable nights sleep. There are 2 new Serta perfect sleeper high end pillow top mattresses in the guest bedroom. Our family always travels during Christmas and we had a wonderful time this past Christmas at Siesta Key.The condo met all our expectations: well decorated, fully furnished kitchen (we love to cook in) and fantastic views of the beach and sunsets. My husband and I enjoyed leisurely walks to the town, My son and I had a great time walking on the beach and collecting sand dollars. My daughter spent hours reading on the balcony We used the Bar-b-que almost every night!! ... I highly recommend this location and unit for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing and beautiful beach vacation.

My husband and I rented this condominium for the month of Febuary. The condo was lovely and just what is portrays itself in the pictures provided. The condo is bright, cheerful, with great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The location is perfect with easy access to bike rentals, kayaking and beach walks. The beach is incredible with white powder sand. We really enjoyed the fact that we could walk to town for breakfast and that the pool that belongs to the condo is heated and warm! It is well used. We used the barbeque as well which was nice to have access to. So as you can see all in all we loved our stay!

My husband have rented this lovely condo twice and plan to return in the near future. This condo has had a complete upgrade with new furnishings, flooring, bathroom and kitchen updates. We LOVE this unit as it has the most wonderful view of Siesta Key Beach but also provides us the opportunity to relax in a spacious and very clean condo. We have rented many places in Sarasota but this is TIP TOP! I would recommend four to six people but just two is perfect too! The kitchen is well equipped to cook all your meals, and there is in-unit laundry which is a necessity! The staff on site are excellent and so helpful, it is near shopping, restaurants and of course the GREAT BEACH of Siesta Key - a must rent!

We love Siesta Key, and have rented there several times. This condo is by far the best for the money. The view and the location are great. The recent renovation makes it really stand out when compared to most beach rentals at this price. Rob is great to work with - very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world.

We have stayed in beach locations from Australia to the Carribean and this condo on Siesta Key has turned out to be one of our favorite vacations to date. Travel from the Tampa airport was easy and about an hour from the condo. We stopped at a Whole Foods on the way and loaded up with healthy foods. When we got to the condo we were blown away. What a beautiful place. Open space with tons of windows and light. The furnishings were up to date and comfy. Our daughters had their own bedroom and bathroom. You could see the beautiful Siesta Key beach from the balcony. It was so nice to sit out there in the mornings and drink our coffee. The kitchen was well equiped and it was nice to do some laundry before we left as well. The beach is right across the street and the white quartz sand was so nice...never got hot to walk on. We rented bikes for the week and rode up and down the beach every day. There was a great playground too before you got to the beach that the kids loved. We really enjoyed the drum circle on Sunday evening too. The pool was nice and we got to grill out there one night and eat at the picnic tables. The people that own condos there were really nice too. The town of Siesta Key is really cute and had some nice restaurants. We absolutely will come back to this area and this condo. Rob was great...every time I had a question for him he would get back to me quickly. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you Rob!!!
