Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious two bedroom, two bath Condo located on the second floor. You'll love the large covered deck that overlooks the quiet courtyard. There is a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs available. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat screen color TV with cable, access to the balcony and a full-size private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and private access to a second full bath. The living room has a queen-size pull out sofa, chairs and flat screen color TV with cable and DVD player. There is a good-size dining area for eating in if you choose. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. All linens are provided except beach towels and it's handy to have the washer and dryer right there in the kitchen. Cleaning service is provided upon your departure. Wagon and beach chairs available for your use at the beach.
The Condo is located just one block off the ocean in the popular Shore Drive area. We are a short walk to the beach, convenience store, ice cream shop and the popular Ocean Annie's Beach Bar. You can also walk to the Apache Pier and enjoy fishing or nightly entertainment for the whole family from the longest pier on the Grand Strand. You are within a five minute drive to Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Walmart Super Center, Kroger's grocery store, Restaurant Row, laser tag and some of the best golf courses at the beach. You are also very close to Broadway at the Beach, plenty of shopping, restaurants, Ripley's Aquarium, theatres and live shows and lots of mini golf, go karts and amusements for the kids. Our Condo allows you to be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer yet relax in the quiet Shore Drive atmosphere.

Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased this unit after staying at Shipwatch Pointe for a few years. We really enjoyed the set up of the condo and felt the atmosphere of the complex was perfect for our family vacation. We liked it so much we bought another one. We noticed there are many families that vacation with other family members or friends and thought it might be nice to have two units available.
Why the Owner Chose Shipwatch Pointe 2
The location is nice because it is close to the beach and many of the activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer yet the complex is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have tried to make our units like our home, with all the ameneties. We provide a fully stocked kitchen. We try to keep it supplied with paper, plastic and household products so you don't have to bring everything from home. Renters use what they need and replace things as they are used. Four gas grills on the property allow you to cook at home if you choose.
