Beautiful accomodations just a short walk from the beach, pool, golf course, and the rest of IOP. We watched the gator sunning himself on the driving range most days...I love this house.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I had a delightful time at this property. The house is homey and elegant: master bedroom is extremely spacious and opens onto a large private deck. The other bedrooms are beautifully furnished with a Southern warmth, including features like watercolors of local homes. Overall, the house, which has blond wood floors, pretty artwork and comfortable furnishings, has a bright, spacious, welcoming feel. With the beach only a couple pleasant minutes' walk away via a reed-surrounded path, this is a perfect spot for family fun and bonding.

In my opinion, this is a very mediocre property - what I would expect from a rental property, not someone's home at a relatively premium rent. The furniture is barely better than thrift-shop quality; the kichen supplies are barely adequate; there was no sports card supplied, as advertised. The enclosed porch on the lower level was absolutely filthy. I certainly will never return to this property.

We had a wonderful week in Wild Dunes at 22 Ocean Point. The house is very well supplied with kitchen equipment and towels. It is in great condition and well-maintained. It is a relatively easy walk to the beach, even with children. The communication with the owner and the rental agent was prompt and very helpful. My 6-year-old daughter loved the "22 House" and wished she could stay there forever.

My family and I had the opportunity to rent this home over the Holidays and absolutly loved it! The home is setup perfectly for vacationers to each have their own guest area, ie, room with comfortable bed, closet/dresser space AND each have a private bathroom. As well as ample space for everyone to gather to play board games, sit out on the private, screened in porch, etc. In addition to all of this, both the beach AND the pool are literally right across the street. This home has everything a vacationing family would want for an enjoyable beach vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone contomplating a beach trip. It had a great floor plan, very nicely furnished and equipped, and had very convient access to the pool and beach. This was our second visit to Isle of Palms, and this property was our favorite by far. The pool and cabanna were much nicer than our other rental in Wild Dunes. Our whole family had a fantastic time!

Hello. I want to share my very positive comments about this beach house. It's Gorgeous! We spent a lovely and fun girl's weekend. I recommend this house highly!... open plan - clean - bright - attractively furnished, but uncluttered + really close to the beach which is very quiet. This was our fourteenth year staying at Wild Dunes and we like to try different accommodations. This house was among our favorites, of many special homes, in a wondeful location. Dee100
