One of the most relaxing ways to enjoy a holiday is to stay somewhere that feels like home, yet with all those added luxuries!
Lying just west of Disney, off 192, is the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes. The community offers two lakes, communal pool, tot lot, and small fishing pier. It is impossible to find an community with so much, so close to Disney.
This beautiful villa sleeps ten adults. It features four bedrooms(two of which are masters), three bathrooms, kitchen, open plan living and dining areas, double garage and private screened pool area.
This home is ideal for 2 families sharing, with 2 master bedrooms giving privacy to the adults, and plenty to make life easier with the kids.
The home is decorated to the highest standard both inside and out.
The villa has a large private pool with separate kiddie pool. The deck has been extended to give an outragous amount of living space outdoors. We have a fantastic multi coloured pool light system, which makes your night swims out of this world. We've made sure there's enough luxury padded pool furniture to comfortably seat your party poolside.
First master bedroom has a US king size bed, second has a US queen size bed and are both en suite. The two remaining bedrooms are twin rooms. One of these bedrooms has been themed to a Mickey Mouse Room. This fantastic bedroom is fully decorated with Mickey, Minnie and friends, from the bed covers, right down to the alarm clock!! It has all things Mickey, including a Mickey TV and DVD player!! The kids will simply love it! The beds are bunk beds, but the stairs going to the top bunk are actually stairs, rather than ladders, so both small kids and adults can reach the top bunk with ease. The second twin room is themed as a Princess Room. It's all very white and pink, with lots of mirrors, and princess accessories. Every little girl's dream! The sofa converts to a sofa bed which can also sleep two persons.
Sunset Lakes is entered through electric security gates, and is one of the area's most sought after locations. Our management company are available 24 hours. Local shopping is nearby, and consists of supermarket, bank, chemist, restaurants, and shops. Golf course is three minutes from villa, Disney six minutes, beach 45 minutes, and the Florida Mall, Sea World, Universal Studios are all within 20 minutes.
