  • Hello! I stayed in this unit years ago and it sure has improved several notches. The view is as breathtaking as it ever was, but wow, is it ever loaded with upgrades now... Smooth top range, flat screen TV, Sony with "Picture in Picture in the Master... Soothing color palette...whole place has an artistic flair. We'll definitely be back! Unbeatable value!!

  • Dear Stewart, It seems I return to AR-416 again and again! So much value for the money! Incredible views, designer-inspired decor, lots of upsclae touches, the new whimsical "beachy" paint colors. Why people spend so much more and not get as much is beyond me! I'd recommend this fabulous condo to anyone!
