Palmetto Dunes Resort is the location of this newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 4 bath, raised single home that is a short 4 minute to the beach. The foyer opens to the living room, which has been designer decorated in a tropical motif and features a comfortable seating group, a gas fireplace and a 50" wall mounted plasma screen TV with DVD player and CD system. The kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including double wall ovens and a professional style gas countertop range. A large and open dining/serving counter with four barstools connects the kitchen and the adjoining dining room. The dining room has a stylish, raised table with seating for eight with a wall of windows flanking French doors that open to the outside deck. The deck has a gas grill, an outdoor dining table for four and steps leading down to the pool. The inground pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, a second outdoor dining table for four, an outdoor shower, professional landscaping and a speaker system for CD's and radio. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player, a large window with a pool view and a spacious private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Down the side hallway you will find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, a TV/DVD player and a private bath. Bedroom 3 also has two twin beds and a TV/DVD/player, as well as a full bath and laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. Up a half flight of stairs is the large, cathedral ceiling bonus room, which is furnished as bedroom 4 with a queen size bed, two double beds and a TV/DVD player. In addition, there is a private bath with a glass walk-in shower. Underneath the home is a two car garage and outside you will find a 35' foot driveway for off-road parking.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2,000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses and 25 tennis courts to the bikeway under Highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants and mall.
