Get ready to relax and enjoy a true beach town. This property is located DOWNTOWN San Clemente, which if you have been to the area you know it is prime location to all that is going on in the area. It is just steps to restaurants, shopping, library, Farmers Market, Art fair, and three short blocks to the pier and miles of sandy beaches (ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and balcony).

There is a wagon on location to carry stuff down to the beach, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach hats, etc. at the property to help you enjoy your stay. This fully furnished property is decorated with a professional eye. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain or enjoy a quiet meal. TV's with DVD player and free WIRELESS Internet access. Bring your laptop and plan to stay longer because you can work and play while visiting the "Beach House".

Property has two bedrooms, one with a California King and the other with two queen beds. There is also a large sectional in the living room for additional sleeping. All the linens are included, beach towels too.

Summer season enjoy the beach concerts in the evening or summer fun all day long, fire pits located right on beach. 4th of July fireworks on the pier. Ocean Festival is in July and is well worth attending, every weekend there is something going on at the beach. And in Southern California it is beach weather all year so the beach and the outdoors can be enjoyed year-round (Spring and Fall has some of our prettiest weather and Winter has the best sunsets).

A car is not needed since Amtrak and Metrolink Trains stop in San Clemente (but parking is provided with a one car garage and also a spot on the driveway). To the south is San Diego where you can go to the Del Mar Horse Races, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. To the north visit Los Angeles, Hollywood, Disneyland, Queen Mary, and Knotts Berry Farm.

  • The condo was wonderful. The space was perfect and the short walks to the beach and then right on the main street of shops and restaurants were convenient and great. I would recommend this rental to everyone and would rent again in the future.

  • We cannot say enough about the Beach House! Our 2 kids loved having their own queen beds, and the color scheme was so fun. The bed in the master was the most comfortable we have EVER slept on. The short walk to the beach and shopping was fun, with all the dog walkers and surfers out and about! Make sure you come for the Farmer's Market set up every Sunday morning right across the street (we at the best salmon and shrimp for dinner!). Thanks again for everything...we will surely be back!   • We usually stay in Newport Beach, but decided San Clemente would be a better choice for our family. It was wonderful, much quieter and a better beach than Newport. We loved the furnishings and decor in the beach house, and the walks into town and along the beach were fabulous. We loved being so close to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone, and hope to be back next summer. Thanks for everything, Nicole and Patti!

  • San Clemente is a wonderful place to be and it was even better to have a home as prepared for guests as this was, to stay in. We were at the beach within minutes of arriving! It was always very comfortable to come "home" and regroup for our next outing. I have personally stayed at several rentals in the area and this is definately one that my family and I want to go back to regularly! I highly recommend it!!!

  • We were in need of a few days of normalcy, we found that here. Since Katherine devastated our area we haven't had much of that. The condo was great and so were you. We did Universal Studios, Six Flags, Tijuana, and the beach here in San Clemente. Today we are going to Malibu, then the Sequoia National Park. Then we go to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.
