This beautiful, contemporary Hilton Head Island home comes with every amenity you could possibly need for a first-class retreat. The great room is a magnificent area for entertaining. It comes equipped with a plasma screen TV, VCR, DVD, and exquisite furnishings. Doors from this room lead to a large back deck that overlooks the pool and spa. Off the living room is a spacious, modern kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, and a large table for eight people. A more formal eating area is available in the adjacent dining room that seats ten people.
The home features eight bedrooms; three of which are master suites. The first master is located on the first floor and features a king bed, TV, private bath, and access to the back deck. Also on this floor are two other bedrooms. One has a king bed, TV, and VCR. The other one has two twin beds and a TV. Both have private baths.
The second floor has three more bedrooms. Here, you will find the other two master suites, each with a king bed, TV, and large private bath. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. Also on this level is a den with a sleeper sofa and wet bar. Seven steps from the kitchen downstairs take you to a separate wing of the home with another den and two more bedrooms.
The den has a sleeper sofa, TV, and VCR. The two bedrooms each have two twin beds, TVs, and private baths. This fabulous Hilton Head beach home is large enough to accommodate two or three families! Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee. Please note that spa cannot be heated separately.
