Spacious NEW 2006 3 bed, 2 bath Villa with four-car drive leading to a two-car garage. Each room is furnished with the highest quality furniture.
On entering the villa there is a spacious lounge and TV room. Alongside this is the well-equipped kitchen and dining room, which seats six people. You can also seat two additional people in a nook situated in the same area.
From the main lounge area there are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and decking area. The pool area is enclosed in a
caged screen to overlook a tranquil freshwater canal. As this area faces SSE the sun stays from early morning to the evening. At night you can use this area to watch the stars from the heated spa with a glass of wine and listen to background music from the integrated speaker system.
All bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The Master bedroom with en-suite spa bathroom leads onto the decking area. The third bedroom has twin beds.
This is an ideal base for White Sandy Gulf Beaches - Day trips to Naples, Sarasota and Fort Myers. It is also within easy access to the many Florida Attractions: Busch Garden, Disney World, Sea World, The Everglades, Kennedy Space Centre and many more. There are also four Golf Clubs in the local area.

I had been to Spain looking for a location to build a home but was not impressed with what i saw so i turned to America where i had been before as a tourist. I was shown the area of Rotonda and instantly fell in love with the way of life and the location.

We have been travelling to what we call our paradise Rotonda almost every year since 1994 staying in various houses but must say this house by far was one of the better houses and the cleanest we have stayed in. very relaxing by the pool & jacuzzi day & night. the villa is well equipped with everything you need. we stayed for 23 days but just didn't want to leave. the surounding area & beaches are beautiful especially Boco Grande shark fishing off the beach is a must. we do hope to return again next year and look forward to rebooking. thank you again Andy for a lovely stay.

If you are looking for a fully functional well equipped holiday home this is the place to stay. I have just returned from a two week stay in this Villa. I have to say that the pictures do not give it the justice it deserves and the whole ambiance of the villa is something I find hard to put into words. The owner has provided everything to make your stay as easy as possible. The area is calm and peaceful enabling you to relax. The surrounding area, has stunning beaches and good restaurants, not only that you have privy to wonderful wildlife just sitting by the pool, or enjoying an evening meal on the patio area and watching the stars at night. I truly recommend this to anyone who wants to have an insight of heaven on earth. (In fact I liked it so much I have offered to stay there for ever).

Andy's house was great! The floor plan was perfect. The location allowed us to go to the beach everyday and still come back to swim in the pool and sunbathe. Andy was great about answering my many, many questions and that made me feel very secure and that I made the right choice.

This home is a beautifully furnished villa. The sun is on the screened lanai and pool area virtually all day. If you want shade you can sit in the eating and lounging area under roof. The owner, Andy, is very accommodating. We love the Englewood/Rotonda area with its beaches,golf, dining and shopping. There is something here for everyone. We enjoyed Andy's vila so much that we are returning in 2009. Peter and Joan, Canada

I once again had the pleasure of staying in this lovely villa in Dec 06 thru Jan 8 07. Spending New Years Eve in Port Charlotte was one of the best I have ever had. Not only was the weather beautiful but it was wonderful being able to swim outside in Dec and Jan. The wildlife that showed up was amazing and my friends couldn't believe the pictures that I showed them of what showed up right in the back yard.The birds that were there that time of year were a sight to see. This villa is so much like being at home when your there that you just don't want to leave. (That's without all the stress of being at home that is.) It is and was one of the most relaxing vacations I have had and I will once again reserve it in the coming year of 2007.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa in June 06, Unfortunalty I only had that pleasure for 9 days. The pictures do not do this gorgous villa justice at all. It is much more beautiful when you see it in person. Not only is the pool and hot tub absolutly beautiful but the view of the canal and the wild life that showed up there were amazing. The patio has an area that is covered so we ate out there when we stayed at the villa for dinner. The resturants and shops were very good and interesting and not once did we have a bad meal when we went out. The villa is very close to all shops and resturants. One day we drove into Sarasota to go to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. It is called Vista Sei. I lived in Hawaii for 12 years and I can honstely say that that beach was not only one of the most beautiful I have ever seen but well worth the 45 min drive to get there.The villa was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay there. From pots and pans to towels and blowdryers. You won't want for anything at all to make your stay anymore comfortable than it will already be. I have already booked the villa for next year and am going to be staying 3 weeks this time. It is one of the most relaxing hollidays I have had in years and I highly recommened to everyone.

Having recently returned from a really adorable villa l had to put pen to paper and thank the owner for the marvellous surroundings as they were describe when we booked. We have 2 children and wanted to have the ability to relax and also have an adventurous holiday this was combined with all our expectations of the villa The settings are really fabulous and yet still close enough to all the entertainment.although the pictures of the villa are really beautifull but they do not do the villa justice as it is far more spectacular and inviting. The canal behind the villa is very relaxing and easy to get used to.We have decide to book for next year with the golf courses and shopping available in the area l dought that any of us will get bored.We have already decide that we will stay for 3 weeks instead of 2 Thank you once again for a really lovely holiday.

We stayed in this villa in sept 06 and was very happy with the discription given and the beautifull location. We had a fantastic stay and had full use of the extencive facilates. The wildlife on the canal was facanating to watch as we lounged around the pool which was 94" degrees. The local beaches were as discribed long white and inviting. We had a very exciting day on the everglades. Then the next we were at bush gardens. The local resturants were as expected good food and good prices. We have rebooked to go to this villa next july as it was so good.
