The home is next to Sugar Pine Point State Park, which provides tremendous privacy and peace and quiet. The area offers beach access and many trails for walking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Terrific for small gatherings, the home offers a great room, which includes the living room, kitchen and dining area. A second TV and VCR, located in the third bedroom are great for entertaining the kids. There are two bathrooms in the property, one has a shower only and the other has a tub/shower combo. Take in the great scenery and enjoy the quiet setting on the large deck at the entrance of the property.
