This condo has two bedrooms and two baths. It is conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City, bay side on 54th St, Unit 407, in an elevator building on the 4th floor. This luxurious unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Air conditioning, a washer, dryer, fireplace and a large (two person)jacuzzi tub are also provided. An exercise room, sauna and outdoor pool are located on the 2nd level. The BEACH is only a short distance across the street. One reserved parking space is provided and ample unmarked spaces are also provided. Fagers Island, Mackey's, Seacrets (all on the bay)and Yang's Palace restaurants are within walking distance.
The master bedroom has two standard size beds. The master bathroom has a full shower and a separate large (two person) jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a bunk-bed with trundle and the second bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo.
A convertable sofa is also available.
The unit has 2 Cable TV's and 2 combined DVD/VCRs.
The unit is furnished with designer furnishings. Dining area seating is for 4 and an additional 4 stools are provided. A furnished balcony is accessed through the living room and the master bedroom and has a view of both the beach and the bay.
A full week can be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is Saturday after 3 PM and check-out time is Saturday before 10 AM.
We rent to family groups only.
We do not rent to HS or College students. Parents, please do not rent for your children. Disorderly, noisy, unattended youth will be evicted.
The unit is NON smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
Our cancellation policy is to return your rental amount minus a processing fee provided we are able to re-rent the unit.

We definitely loved the spacious room that this condo offers. However, upon arrival, there was sand on the floors, trash underneath the bed, sand in the jacuzzi, dishes in the dish washer, musty smelling floor mats in the washing machine, and mold in the coffee maker. We called the owner to complain about the uncleanliness of the condo, so the next day a cleaning crew of approx. 3-4 teenage girls came to "clean" the room. They used a swiffer in the kitchen, leaving food sealed onto the floor so that I had to use a brillo pad to scrub it off of the floor, and 2 bottle were found underneath the bed after they left. The water heater is not big enough to fill the jacuzzi with ample water so that our daughter could not take a full bath. The A/C unit was not pushing out cold air, so my husband took it apart and cleaned the "make-shift" filters. This took him 4-6 hours of our vacation to complete. Also, the garabage disposal did not work so the dirty water would come back out of the drain into the sink when I was washing the dishes. After we returned home, the owner told us that this was due to the prior renters putting pennies into the drain. However, the owner did not return/ answer any of our phone calls regarding the sink with the garbage disposal problem, A/C unit, and the water heater. After our vacation was finished and we arrived home, the owner had responded via email to our issues.

This condo was clean and comfortable - just like the pics & perfect for our family of four. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again from this owner - very helpful!
Recommended for:Families with young children.
