This beautiful log cabin is located two miles from Highway #11, SC Scenic Highway. It is three miles from Lake Jocassee's main boat ramp and one mile by water to the Jocassee dam.
The house is in a gated community with three miles of paved roads around the shore line to walk and bike ride. There is regulation horseshoes by the water and a yard big enough for a badminton game or passing football while your children play on the sandy beach. Bring your boat and explore this pristine lake with all its natural beauty. No matter the weather, you will be comfortable just hanging out in the family room watching the boats go by.
Cathedral ceilings, wood flooring and an open kitchen make the central living area a space for fun gatherings for family and friends. There are two bedrooms with regular size beds and two baths on the main level. A spacious bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and bunk bed as well as a sitting room by the window for quiet time. Also upstairs is a loft with its own private deck, TV, VCR/DVD, and sofabed. Also game room with a pool table, card table, and dart board. You walk into a spacious kitchen that has an island with stove top and vegetable sink as well as a regular oven and microwave. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils. A cook's delight!
Our vacation home was built in 2005 and this is the first time that it has been offered for part time rental. This is a wonderful, down home place to relax and visit with your family and friends. Everything is at your fingertips from water, to the beach, the dock,and the house.
We are 15 miles from some major stores: Wal-mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Bi-Lo, Ingles, Belks, varieties of restaurants, and Blockbuster videos.

$300 Security Deposit is required. It is refundable following satisfactory exit.
One half of the rent plus one half of the deposit are due at the time of the
reservation. The balance of each is due two weeks before the arrival date.

Beautiful experience! The view of the lake is spectacular! We enjoyed both Lake Keowee and Lake Jocoassee. We recommend all visitors to see Isaqueenah Falls, Stump House Tunnel, and the Twin Falls off of Hwy 178 towards Table Rock. Hike Table Rock and enjoy the swimming hole complete with diving boards. Thank you Leonard and Veronica for your beautiful home! We throughly enjoyed ourselves.
